The high-end hotel that has the longest history in Kobe. It is above a free museum about Kobe. It was very luxurious, and had a wonderful restaurant for Kobe beef, but don't forget to reserve online. All rooms face a certain direction toward the mountains, but not toward the water.
During our stay, the gym was not available. And the location is surrounded by luxury brands, not by the station or markets for food.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable and large room with with sea view. Slightly irritated by the check procedure including being asked twice for a copy of my passport and being asked to fill in a survey about the hotel as part of checking in.

The room was quite spacious. I booked a room with a harbor view, but the window had a view of a garage. When I coordinated with the hotel, they only said sorry that there was no room to change. There was no response. There was no service. No one helped with the luggage. I would not choose this hotel again.
