Room was very big and clean with a beautiful garden outside.
The private onsen was amazing.
We were gifted with some food shortly after arriving which was very nice.
They provide a free shuttle bus service which is also very handy.

I was serenading my wife on her birthday playing on my flute and the hotel manager sent staff to tell us to stop, saying it was "breaking the ambience", though there was no other people in the coffee lounge. All the normal staff members were nice and helpful, but whoever was in charge of the lobby morning of Apr 2 was not.

This was our second visit here. The staff is very helpful, and there is a free transfer not just to and from the station - if you want a pickup from the town or the ropeway during your stay, they will help too. The private baths are beautiful and very well maintained, and the reserve-next-as-you-leave-the-previous system is very convenient. Overall, great experience.

Simply amazing in all manners. Love the onsen privacy, newly decorated amenities, spotless cleanliness, and on-demand shuttle services. The only minus, if there is one, is the WiFi coverage.
