Good location in a quiet place. Good customer service too. But the room cleanliness can be improved despite being neat & tidy!

It was a great experience. Near the station and it was quite cheap compared to other hotels.

I made a reservation on the day! The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast venue is on a high floor, so you can enjoy the view from the window while you eat.

It was a nice room on the top floor.

This hotel was very attractively located within walking distance of the event venue, about a 3-minute walk from the nearest station, and with easy access to Kobe Airport. The rooms were not equipped with the latest facilities. When I entered the room, I had a hard time finding the light switch because I checked in late at night. I was also grateful that amenities were provided.

I think the cleaning is not thorough. This time, the non-smoking rooms were full so I had no choice but to stay in a smoking room, but perhaps because smoking rooms are never full and cleaning is less frequent, there was a lot of dust accumulated on the door hardware. This was the first thing I saw before entering the room, so I thought that dust must have accumulated on the futon, carpet, and chairs as well, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. I think the cleaning staff is in the room, so I would like them to check the door hardware before leaving it until dust accumulates.

I used this hotel on my first solo trip from Fukuoka. I made a reservation online, and when I got the key, the room was on the 14th floor. The view was great. I forgot to buy something, but there was a Seven-Eleven right in front of me, so it was super convenient. The lobby, restaurant, and rooms were well-cleaned and clean. The only disappointment was the carpet in the room. The pile had worn down and dulled over time, the dirt didn't come off, and there was dust around the walls and fittings that couldn't be removed with a vacuum cleaner. But it's not new (it opened about 30 years ago), so it's within reason. The hotel breakfast was Japanese and Western food, salad, fruit, dessert, and even coffee you could take home to your room, and everything was really delicious. It was a meal that gave me energy to start the day. The staff were wonderful. The shuttle bus staff helped me lift and lower my luggage, and the doorman was always standing at the entrance and talking to me with a smile. No matter which direction I approached from, the front desk staff always noticed me right away and came over to me and called out to me. The room cleaners collected the trash, made the beds so they wouldn't fall apart even after a night's sleep, cleaned the bathroom, and replenished the towels and amenities with surprising speed and perfect care. It's not a new hotel, but it's clean and beautiful. All the staff are wonderful. I made my first solo trip a good memory. If I have the chance to come to Kobe again, I'll definitely stay here again.
