Hotel is close to many restaurants and walking streets. The room is quite small but clean. There is no water or skin care supply

The staffs at the reception are really warm and friendly. Room is clean and cosy. Love the skincare kit and face mask provided. Free ice-cream for hotel guests from 8pm to 10pm. Perfect location. Within walking distance to Hankyu Kobe Sannomiya Station and many food options. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Like the location in between 2 JR stations. Donki is on the opposite side of the road and near the subway station too.

Location : 5 mins walk from JR kobe-sannomiya , mostly flat road quite easy to navigate
Cleanliness : Daily Housekeeping service , but the bathroom smelling damp
Room : For 2 double bed room type , space is limited as i cant even open my luggage
Amenities : self service toiletries at reception counter with tea selection too , too bad they only provide one water bottle for each guest and you have to refill with water dispenser at counter

Clean and rather new hotel but it's about 10-15 walk from the JR station if you are not familiar with the nearest exit to the hotel.
There is free ice cream and coffee for the hotel guest from 8-10 pm. There are many restaurants surrounding the hotel.

It was a lovely hotel- location was great just 3 mins walk from Kobe sanomiya train station. And the hotel looks and smells new. Check in was a breeze via the machine but there is always someone friendly to help. They even have complimentary drinks and dessert each night 8-10pm. The triple room is spacious with enough room to open luggages. A very good find with the price point and location. 24 hour Don DONKI is just opposite the hotel. Will definitely stay again

Room is very clean. Location is close to stations and shopping mall. You can find good food along the same street. Nice area.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the space was decent for a comfortable experience. The bed was very cozy, and we especially enjoyed the bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation. Amenities were well-thought-out, and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Location is very near to Sanomiya station and shopping area also many restaurants nearby . Very convenient. Also amazingly the staff served ice cream for every guest daily and coffee on the house till a certain time which never seen in any other hotel .

The location of hotel is terrific, 10 minutes apart from JR Sannomiya station and right opposite to Donki which open 24 hours.
Free unlimited serve ice cream and cheese were available between specific night hours.
24 hour gym room and coin laundry are very useful for solo travellers, definitely worth to give a try if you come to Kobe.
