ロケーション、お食事、サービスととても良かったです。
目の前に広がる明石大橋は絶景！移ろいゆく景色を眺めながらのんびり過ごせました。
オールインクルーシブのため、ラウンジではアルコールやスナック類など自由に利用できました。とてもおすすめです！

The location, food, and service were all excellent.
The view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge right in front of us was spectacular! We spent a relaxing time watching the ever-changing scenery.
Because it was all-inclusive, we were able to freely use alcohol and snacks in the lounge. Highly recommended!

宿泊とディナーをして、 お食事が美味しいので気に入って何度か行ってました。 初めてランチをいただきました。 お食事は美味しくいただきました。 しかし、ワインをいただきましたが ワイングラスが埃だらけでびっくりして、 替えてもらいました。 ソムリエらしい方がワインを担当してましたが、 替えていただいたグラスにもまだ水滴の跡が… 水滴なのでもうそれ以上言いませんでした。  昼なのでよく見えたのだと思いますが、 レストランのワイングラスでこれは無いなと思いました。  替えていただいた時もきちんとしたお詫びもなく、なにもなかったように、しれっとワインを注いでいました。 こちらが苦笑い  もしかしたら今までディナーでいただいてたワイングラスも埃だらけ？と思ったらゾッとします。 お皿やほかの器もたぶんそんな感じで扱ってるのでしょうか？あまり潔癖ではありまへんが、さすがに気持ち悪いです。 帰る時もなんのお詫びもありませんでした。  コロナで消毒やらいろいろ対策されてますが、その前に綺麗な食器でお食事を出して欲しいです。 料理や景色が良いだけに残念です。

I stayed and had dinner here, and I liked the food so much that I went there several times. I had lunch here for the first time. The food was delicious. However, I was surprised that the wine glass was covered in dust when I had wine, so I had it replaced. A person who seemed to be a sommelier was in charge of the wine, but the replaced glass still had traces of water droplets... Since it was water droplets, I didn't say anything more. I guess I could see it well because it was daytime, but I thought that this was not right for a wine glass in a restaurant. When they replaced it, there was no proper apology, and they just poured the wine as if nothing had happened. I chuckled bitterly. Maybe the wine glass I had been having dinner with is covered in dust? The thought makes me shudder. Maybe they treat the plates and other dishes like that too? I'm not a very clean freak, but it's really disgusting. There was no apology when I left. They're taking various measures such as disinfection because of COVID, but I wish they would serve me my meal on clean tableware before that. It's a shame because the food and the view are so good.

他の系列店も利用させていただいたことありましたが、 神戸は特に立地以外は残念なレストランホテルです。 見た目ばかりで、掃除もいきとどいていないし まず接客が最低レベルでした。 特に支配人の男性は上からの横柄な態度、人をばかにした言葉使いで驚きました。 お金がないやつはそんな客はいりませんといっているような品格のない接客、本当にレベルが低くくて二度と利用したくないホテルとレストランだと思いました。 皆様も大切な思い出では絶対利用しないほうがいいと思います。 調べたら過去には集団食中毒もあったようで、 いろいろ改めるべきなんじゃないかと、、、。

I have used other affiliated stores, but Kobe is a disappointing restaurant hotel, except for the location. It was just the appearance, the cleaning was not done well, and the customer service was the lowest level. I was especially surprised by the male manager's arrogant attitude from above and his use of words that made fun of people. I thought that it was a hotel and restaurant that I would never want to use again because the level of customer service was so low that people who didn't have money said they didn't want that kind of customer. I think that everyone should never use it for important memories. When I looked it up, it seems that there was a mass food poisoning in the past, so I thought I should change various things.

So I arrived to meet the time immediately after check-in．The lounge has light snacks and cookies, drinks are wine, champagne, raw beer, orange juice, coffee, etc. The free service in the mountains was very satisfying． I had dinner with it, so I got it at the restaurant, but here it was a meal while enjoying the illumination of Akashi Ohashi ． less And the thing that was unfortunate was that there was one meal, and the volume was on, and the chair in the room was made of plastic, so the butt was very cold． The room service breakfast I was looking forward to looks bright and luxurious, but none of them were cold and not good by one ． As a person, it feels delicious even if it is cold * sun I felt that it would be better to change the taste of the thing, such as do, fruit sandwich, cutlet sandwich, to the first thing I thought about ． And the soup was cold, so if it was warm, it was delicious. I thought I would ． coffee was delicious with a pot ． I wrote a lot of things, but overall, I thought the room was clean and very nice hotel. Yes．

When I told you that I didn't ask for such a thing at the time of booking, I let you enter the store after a while, but I finished eating the front dish with a mouth, and I was able to prepare the next dish. And the dish was replaced. Even at 15 o'clock, the dinner was started from the empty table at 14 o'clock, and it was closed at 14:30, so I was urged to leave. If we were the last one, we would know, but 1/3 in the situation where other customers are also left. The location is also nice and the content of the dishes was very good, I'm sorry. I think it's okay for those who want to eat quickly, but it may not be suitable for those who want to enjoy the meal slowly.
