Location is great, 2mins walk from the station. There's a mcdonald just beside the hotel to grab your quick meal. The yellow ducky was a pleasant surprise😃

It was ok, but not as polished an all round package as some of the other big business hotel chains.

Hotel is near the train station. Breakfast buffet was good and the free 24 hour drink bar was excellent.

I stayed here for a concert at the World Memorial Hall. The only rooms in the Sannomiya area were over 20,000 yen, so I was lucky to be able to stay at this price, just 10 minutes away by train. The bed was spacious and the bathroom and water area were clean. I personally liked that the shelf was one step lower than the desk, so I could put my backpack down and use it as a space to open it. The staff were also kind and very friendly. It was also convenient to be able to use the drink bar, like those found in family restaurants, which you can bring into the room. It seemed to be cleaning time, and I was confused because I didn't know where to return the cup I had used, but they called out to me right away and took it for me, which was helpful. I often stay at hostels because I only stay there to sleep, but it feels completely different when you have private space all over. I would like to use this again when I visit Kobe.

The rooms were very clean and there was a drink bar, which was great! I think it would be better if the cups in the rooms had a "disinfected" mark on them!

If the Sannomiya is too expensive to choose to stay in New Nagata is good, convenient to Maiko good

This is the only hotel in front of Shin-Nagata Station. There are almost no hotels along the Kobe subway line, so this was a great help. It was great that the drinks were all-you-can-drink. However, please note that cleaning is done once every three days.
