The overall feeling is pretty good, very clean. The boss will help you carry your suitcases and luggage upstairs. The surrounding environment is very nice~~

This is our best experience for our first trip to Japan. General tattoo-friendly onsen on the floor below the room. Two types of sources: Kin and Gin. There were few people; during three trips we crossed paths with other visitors once. Grandpa is a wonderful owner. You can buy Arima sake and delicious cider on site. If this is your first time at a ryokan, we advise you to familiarize yourself with the local rules and traditions of visiting in advance in order to avoid stupid mistakes of gaijins. Our mistake was not ordering kaiseki (dinner is served in a private room). We found in the rules that the order must be made in advance; we were embarrassed to order on the spot, since we arrived quite late. But we got a wonderful set of sashimi at the izakaya next door. Large room with a Japanese style balcony. Lots of storage space for things and suitcases. They provide you with yukatas to wear after the onsen, two types of towels, and local cookies as a nice bonus. 10/10, great place to relax, quiet, tranquility.

Knowing that the facility is old, I decided to stay at this hotel as a candidate for regular accommodation in Arima because of the good spring quality of Kinsen and the reasonable price in Arima. I have no complaints about the quality of the hot springs, but there are things that can be improved, such as the shower that does not come out easily, and the gutter that cools the hot water that is already not functioning, so the hot springs are 3 stars. Regarding the guest room, the tatami mats in the room are worn out, there is no refrigerator, and the toilet is a new washlet, but I think it would be cramped for men unless the door is left open. I chose this inn because I knew it was old, so I gave it two stars. I didn't expect much from the meal, so I thought it would be something like this, but I was told that the time limit was 90 minutes after giving me a hot pot in an old unused room. I felt it. I don't think anyone would take more than 90 minutes for a meal like that if you don't use such vulgar expressions like a cheap all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurant and bring dessert at an appropriate time. 2 stars. The worst impression was bathing time at night. Although it is set to 23:00, which is a short time for a hot spring inn, employees come in one after another during that time. Although there are two baths because they don't have gold or silver, the baths are rather narrow and there are only three showers, so I'd like the employees to enter after hours and let the customers relax until 23:00. . I was especially disappointed with the employee who was washing T-shirts in the bathroom. Minus 2 stars for employee bathing.

A hot spring inn in the middle of Yumotozaka, the center of Arima Onsen. The Tenjin hot spring source, which is said to be the best in Arima Onsen, is used directly from the source. I took a bath many times during my stay. The dark brown color and high temperature of Kinsen is like no other. It's an old ryokan, but it's neat and has family-like service. Arima Onsen has reasonable prices, so if you don't expect excessive service, you can spend a comfortable time here if you like hot springs.

The food is usually delicious, the hot springs are old-fashioned, and the physical quality is excellent. landlady? From there, I received the worst response among the inns and hotels I have used so far. Thanks to that, I lost the desire to go to this hot spring after that, and in the first place I felt that I didn't want to go to "Arima Onsen" itself, so I will post it for your reference. . . At around 22:30, the following exchange took place. There is a water server in front of the entrance of the hot spring resort, and for some reason there are no paper cups etc. tried to use However, there was no teapot installed this time, so I asked the front desk to lend it to me. At first, someone who seemed to be the owner said, "Isn't it in the room?" After that, a woman who seemed to be the proprietress came out and said, "We don't rent teapots. Please use the cups in the room." However, when I told him that the cup was small and that it might be a little far from the hot spring resort, and that there was a teapot in the room in the first place, he replied, "I have never rented one. It is impossible. I cannot rent one." It's troublesome to remember. At this point, I didn't understand why he was so stubborn, but when I told him that the water server was running out of water, he said, "If it runs out, I won't refill it. Please buy it." . . At the time when the water server is placed in front of the hot spring resort, it is understood that it is part of the free service of the inn, and if it is about to run out, is it such a bad idea to ask for a replenishment? The time slot I requested was before 23:00, so was it troublesome? * At this point, the proprietress? Is in casual clothes. I wonder if it was done by my husband, but after a while, he brought me a pitcher of water. And then he left in a visibly sullen mood. Although it is my own wish, I believe that the ryokan industry is engaged in people who have the highest "hospitality" spirit in the service industry. Depending on the response, even if there is a lack of physical things such as meals and hot springs, I can fully follow up, and on the contrary, even if they are substantial, I think that everything can be ruined. Originally, the evaluation itself of Google etc. is high, so I am full of confidence in everything, and if I say bad things, I will be arrogant. . . . After this time, I started to feel bad about things that I hadn't originally worried about (the lack of amenities such as tissues at the hot spring resort, and the lack of maintenance of the facility). A negative evaluation loop has occurred.
