what more could you ask for? the place has immaculate rooms, helpful staff, and its location is perfect for exploring Kobe

The room was tidy, not so big. We could not check in before time but we could store our luggage.

Although it is a small business hotel, even though it is located in the city center, the rooms are well soundproofed, it is convenient, and I was completely satisfied with everything.

Very spacious and comfortable...Good Good Station is also close, so it's great. I am satisfied because the bathroom, bathtub, and room are very spacious for a Japanese accommodation.

The location is a bit of a walk from Kosoku Kobe Station and Minatogawa Koen Subway Station, but it's only about a 5-minute walk so it's not a big problem. There is a convenience store below the hotel, and although there are not many chain stores in the surrounding area, there are unique restaurants and old shops so it's fun to just stroll around. The room is not particularly large, but it is clean and comfortable. It is also nice to have an outlet next to the pillow. The only downside is that check-out is only until 10am - it would be nice if it could be at least 11am.

I stayed here for two nights. It was located exactly halfway between Kobe Expressway and Okurayama, so it was convenient with good transportation and many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The amenities were basically in the lobby, and you could take only what you needed. The drip coffee was a big plus (I'm a coffee lover). It's great to be able to drink coffee whenever you want! There was an electric kettle in the room, so it was useful when I wanted to drink coffee or tea. The bathroom and bed area in the room were clean and comfortable. I stayed in a smoking room, so there was a smell, but it was to be expected for smokers. If you are really concerned about it, I recommend staying in a non-smoking room. There was no outlet near the pillow, but they provided an extension cord, so it wasn't a problem. I saw some reviews saying that the Wi-Fi was weak, but my Windows laptop worked fine, so it might have something to do with the location of the room. The location and cost performance were great, so I would definitely use it on my next business trip.

Using the key to open the door is a little more troublesome. If you need it when you go out, just give the key to the front desk. Okurayama Station has fewer pedestrians at night and is relatively quiet. There is also an elevator to the ground at Exit No. 1 of the subway station. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. The price is also cheap. It’s not far from ****. You can walk to worship. There is a 7-11 next to the hotel. There is also a Sanjin Sanjin ramen shop with Indian cuisine nearby. It is not far from the subway station. I personally recommend it for accommodation.

The room is clean and tidy, the lady at the front desk is very welcoming, the location is not too remote, about 5 minutes away from Kobe Expressway Station, there is a convenience store next to it, the internet speed is fast, and the window view is wide.

Good service attitude

The moment I entered the room, it smelled moldy and felt damp. It's not far from the station, but it's not too close either, and it's a few stops away from the downtown area. There was a loop in the hotel, so I used my bicycle to get around. I don't think it's a problem if you're just going to sleep!

The location is a little off the beaten track, so the price is cheaper than in Sannomiya. There is a convenience store downstairs. The room is like all Japanese hotels, small but complete. But it's only 10 minutes to the subway station, so it's a good choice if you go to Maiko, Suma, or Himeji.

The bath towels smell... The front desk staff's service is generally not bad. I would like the towels to be at least as clean as possible.

When I turned on the air conditioner, I noticed a bit of a smell. Also, the walls in the room were thin, so I could hear the sound of the door opening and closing, and the sound of the hair dryer. If that doesn't bother you too much, it's probably fine. It was a hotel worth the price.
