Hotel Eldia Luxury Kobe (Adult Only)

I stayed for two nights. First, I received my key at the front desk, and in the lobby, there was a service where you could choose from several types of bath salts and have them put in a cup, as well as snacks, nuts, shochu, shoe polish, mobile phone screen cleaner, etc. I was excited even before entering the room! For breakfast, you just input your favorite breakfast and time on the TV screen, and they will open the door to your room (double door) and deliver it to you on the table, which was convenient. The pizza toast morning was warm and delicious, with shredded cabbage salad and pizza toast! At first, I didn't understand the system, so I called the front desk to inquire, but they were very kind and explained it to me. I was very satisfied with the price and service! Next time I stay in Kobe, I will stay at this hotel!

I was able to borrow shampoo, treatment, body milk, etc., and they also gave me free snacks, so I was very grateful for this service at this price! I'll use it again when I visit Kobe.

I checked out of the room at 11:40 a.m. and was told to check out at 11 a.m. and asked for an additional fee of 2,780 yen. The front desk manager hid in the room throughout the whole process and could not come out. It was an old lady who looked like a housekeeper who kept communicating in the room and asked for more money when she came out. I said that I don't agree with the fee. If you check out before 12 o'clock, it will be a matter of course anywhere in the world. Finally, the old aunt went in to communicate again and told us to leave. First time encountering this kind of hotel
