Service: Chick in at 3pm on time, even if you arrive early you have to wait for 1 minute; The front desk after 9 pm is dark and unmanned, and there may be someone on duty inside; there is a microwave at the front desk to heat supermarket food. There is no mineral water in the room, and there are no skin care products (lotion, lotion, etc.) in the bathroom, only simple standard supplies (hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), but there is a small amount of skin care products in the hot spring on the second floor! There are gold soup, silver soup, and ordinary pool on the second floor... They are all very small pools! Environment: Standing on the balcony and looking at the panoramic view of Mount Rokko is breathtaking. The scenery along the way is also good. There is a train station outside the hotel, so there is no noise at night~ The only advantage: It has a parking space, and you can book 2 meals. Of course, the price includes options or you can spend them separately... The price/performance ratio is quite acceptable. After all, Arima Hot Spring is one of the attractions.

Arima Onsen is a small town. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk from the train station and the bus terminal. The hotel's dinner is Kaiseki cuisine and the breakfast is a Japanese buffet with many varieties. The room is large and clean. The hotel's hot springs include gold bath, silver bath and clear water (the outdoor hot spring was temporarily closed due to a sudden drop in temperature and snow). In short, it was a satisfactory accommodation experience.

It's hard to choose a room in Arima Onsen, either it's very expensive or the reviews are not very good. I compared many hotels and finally chose this moderately priced hotel. The decoration of the room is a little old, but the hygiene is very good. The hotel's dinner gave me a surprise, and the quality was higher than the famous Kaiseki cuisine I had in Kyoto. The service of the restaurant waiter was very good. I couldn't eat the dessert at the end, and she took the initiative to say that I could take it back to the room. The open-air bath is not big, but when I went there, there was no one there, only me. The large bath is average. It is very close to the Kobe train, just a few minutes walk, and it is also very convenient to transfer to Kobe. It is very quiet at night and you can enjoy the feeling of vacation.
