I think it will be a business hotel class for a domestic hotel, but the atmosphere is like a petit hotel in Europe. The lobby and room furnishings are English and classic, somewhere cute, quiet though the land is very good, breakfast is delicious and really recommended. (But I don't want to be known too much ...) I stayed on the premier floor. The size and atmosphere seem to be the same as the standard floor, but the capsule type coffee maker in the room There is a casual difference (with a long-established cookie) and the shower head is a refa. Also, in the afternoon, I had as many homemade cakes and drinks as I liked for free in the lounge. I was grateful that I could relax from sightseeing to dinner. (The cake seems to have changed from ４ to a cookie platter.) The staff are also polite and kind, It was a very pleasant response. I also want to stay at this hotel when I stay in Kobe, and I want to go to Kobe again because I have this hotel.

The location is very convenient, not far from JR Yuanshao Station, one stop to Sannomiya, opposite Daimaru Department Store, 711, next to Nanjing. The room is small, but clean and hygienic, standard air purifier, no bathtub, shower equipment is very good. The lobby and breakfast room are on the second floor, the breakfast is not very rich, and the overall satisfaction is very good!

It is a new hotel that just opened in December last year, and the location is also convenient near Motomachi station and Nanjing town. Breakfast was only two types of Western meals, but it was kind to respond to fine orders. In addition, free coffee, tea and Japanese tea are drunk in self service at time other than breakfast, and there is a range there, and if it is not eaten out, it is convenient to use the food and lunch purchased outside It is. The raw eggs and natto are the most luxurious breakfast I have ever had. The room is clean. It is a bit small for foreigners, but it should be medium in Japan. The transportation is very convenient. It is in the city center. The price is acceptable. After all, it is a holiday.

2nd stay at the hotel. Once with a group of 16 and this time with my family of 3.
To be fair, the stay was comfortable and I was initially very pleased at choosing Hotel Okura Kobe again.
The reason for my low rating is that the hotel laundry service ruined 3 of my sweaters which were sent for dry cleaning. The sweaters have been dry cleaned before without incident but were shrunk considerably after cleaning at the hotel. I believe the dry cleaning was mismanaged and wrote in to give feedback, specifically that this type of mistake with laundry should not be happening at a hotel which markets itself on the higher end of the spectrum. Did receive a cookie cutter reply from the housekeeping manager acknowledging my complaint.
I think the incident was perhaps caused by new staff that were poorly trained. Pity, the incident ruined my experience and resulted in the poor rating for an otherwise pleasant stay.

Chose this hotel as I was attached by the line” renovated in 2023” in trip.com. It did not live up to my expectation as the room was rather old esp carpet, not feeling it’s clean.
The twin beds were small while the picture didn’t show that they were that small. Well, the description was like 0.9-1.4m wide so I can’t blame anyone given it’s a wide range in the bed size.
Breakfast is good with lots of variety. The view was great. All in all, it’s not a bad experience if you can manage yourself with the misnomer description of “renovation”.

It was my first use. The room was old or old because of the deterioration, but the cleaning was firm. And above all, the staff was kind and polite. The place runs on central heating system in early April when it is already 20 degrees outside. There's just a tiny window in the room.
Because the temperature in the room is high already, the heater will not run, but given there is no air con, there is literally no air flow in the room.
Had to borrow a fan from reception to deal with it.
The remote unit of the toilet system does not always work too.

Although it is the same Higashi Ward citizen, it was difficult to go out of the prefecture due to the corona disaster, and I stayed at a good price for the citizens of the prefecture, so I stayed at the nearby Plaza Hotel with a plan with a big Patos ticket. Dinner was limited to summer vacation and there was a Dinaso buffet. This is the children's delight. Dinosaurs welcomed me from the entrance, and the dishes were a wide variety of menus with dinosaur motifs. The sweets and desserts were also substantial, and I was very satisfied and full. The buffet the next morning was also very delicious. The child played home until he became a het in the pool. It became a good memory of summer vacation. I would like to use it again.

GGuest UserThe nice appearance inside and outside the building is in other word of mouth, so there is little information about the bath 々. The bath here is directly connected to the Goshobo source, and you can enjoy fresh hot springs more than the head family's Goshobo. There are two private baths like a slightly larger family bath, and it is a system that can be used at any time if it is free without reservation. Since you can use the large communal bath of Goshobo for a certain time in the evening, everyone seems to be going there, and both of these baths were monopolized and unlimited from afternoon to night. It is a perfect inn for hot springs, but it is a little expensive for long stays. I have to cut 10,000 yen without meals for one night.

GGuest User部屋に露天風呂付き、朝夕部屋食でこの宿を選びました。 この条件としては他のホテルに比べとても安くてお得感がありました。 部屋での食事は工夫されていておいしく、また係りの方も丁寧で良いです。 フロントにはありましたが、部屋にアルコールスプレーが置かれていないのは残念でした。 部屋の露天風呂は大きな開き戸を全開すると天井はありますが露天風呂になります。半露天かな。ラドン温泉水は常時注ぎ込まれており、バスタブは深く広く夫婦と子供2人の4人くらいなら一度に入れるくらいの大きさでとても開放感があります。 部屋にはその浴槽1つのみで、身体の洗い場スペースもあります。 その開放された窓からの景色はすばらしく、川向こうの山の爽やかな緑一面なのでとてもリラックスできます。鴻朧館のHPのトップにある景色そのままでした。 さらに高価格の宿と比較すると設備で高級感は少し劣りますが、有馬の他の宿は街中にあるのでこの景色は臨めないでしょう。 大浴場は行っていませんがコロナ前には小さい缶ビールも無料提供されていました。現在は中止中でした。川沿いに金泉のお風呂もあります。 駅からはシャトルバスがあり、川沿いを少し上ると意外と混んでいるマス釣り場や滝があります。

The waitress told me the name of the vegetable ,how did the chief cook it and what’s the benefit of my healthy.I really enjoy my birthday vegan dinner. There are two rooms and one yard next to my private bath room. I can see the bird in the yard and enjoy my bath in the room. Great staff , Nice room and definitely will come back again.這次是第二次造訪，因為第一次體驗很好所以選擇生日時候來這裡度假放鬆。餐點是精進料理，女服務生對於蔬菜的解說很詳細，我感受到日本人的文化及專業的服務。很享受的生日晚宴。房間裡包含有日式房跟洋式房及一間私人庭院泡澡浴缸及庭院。早晨拉開紙門可以看到庭院的鳥兒叫，陽光透過樹葉灑落在榻榻米上，喝杯茶走到庭院感受有馬山林的空氣，有淡淡的竹子味道，還可以在自己的浴缸看到綠意的庭院，享受早晨的寧靜。當然早餐也是很棒的享受，健康飲食讓身體沒有負擔，整個人可以沈澱的心靈跟身體的resort.感覺很好還會再來。

GGuest UserThe reception is at level 5 of the building. Location is really near the JR Sannomiya station and there’s a supermarket in adjacent building. They provide Kose face products and other amenities at the counter during check in, different types of teabags and drip coffee at the restaurant opposite reception (and even a wine dispenser machine). There’s a fun chess set outdoors beside the restaurant. The room is basic but big with a sofa inside, desk is a little small. Was initially disappointed with their check in time at 5pm but they allowed me to check in at 4ish and even brought my luggage to my room! Great service!

GGuest UserI used it for the first time. It is very convenient because it is close to Sannomiya Station and there are many commercial facilities and restaurants. The front was a main road, but the room was quiet. The staff 々 also felt good, and it was helpful to keep my luggage for a little time after checking out. The room was clean and he had a view of the city. (Middle floor) The buffet-style breakfast was also fulfilling and delicious for the reasonable accommodation fee. It is convenient to walk to the sightseeing tour bus stop in 5 minutes ～ 6 minutes.

Ggmsl2018It would take a whole page of details to describe how nice this place is in 2020. I stayed there three times, each time in different rooms, each time perfect. It is just NICE. Location is perfect, quiet yet one stop from Kobe, the neighborhood is romantic like Greenwich Village or Montmartre or a nice place in San Francisco. The little house is very cute, very homey, with a large common space. The staff are incredible. Just rush to stay there before the team get old and change business. For the time being, they are super super master of genuine hospitality. They made me understand what is the pinnacle of a ”guesthouse Japanese style”. There is an elevated railway line running just on the other side of the street. It is not a problem because during the night, there are no trains. I fully recommend this place.
