Fantastic view of the harbor from the hotel room, which is located next to a water front park. The hotel is a bit classic but clean and reasonably comfortable. It was a pleasant stay for my family on our one day visit to Kobe.

One night for sightseeing. It's a bit of a walk from Maiko Station. The hotel is on a hill, but it was easy to get up there with the elevator. The room had an ocean view. You could see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and Awaji Island. It was great to be able to see both the sunset and the illuminations. The room was spacious and comfortable. I'd like to stay here again.

The hotel is a very traditional Japanese family style. There are relatively few Chinese people. Most of them are Japanese locals or Hong Kong and Taiwan, and most of them bring children. There are two ********* girls who can speak Chinese in the hotel. Specific address: After getting off at Arima Bus Station, you can contact the hotel staff to pick you up at the station; you can also walk up by yourself, but it will be more tiring. It is an uphill road and it takes about 15 minutes to walk from the station. Since I didn't make a reservation for dinner, I went to make a temporary reservation. As a result, I communicated with the front desk staff for a long time because of this. They couldn't understand my English, and I couldn't understand their English. In the end, the Chinese girl came out to solve it. Dinner is Kaiseki cuisine, with a 100g Kobe beef set meal, which is about 12,000 yen (I forgot the specific price); there is also a 40g Tajima beef set meal, which costs about 8,000 yen; The hotel's hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor ones; the outdoor ones have gold and silver baths, facing the mountains, and the scenery is very good. You can enjoy the scenery while taking a bath; In general, it is very cost-effective and worth staying.

Hands down best stay so far during my 15 days in Japan and the service is really immaculate. I've been to Japan on several solo trips and this is easily one of the most memorable hotels. The staff are really nice and the hotel room view is incredible. The room they upgraded me to speaks for itself, beautiful bathroom and really good amenities. Although the hotel is situated off the mainland, there is a portliner rail service and also a complementary shuttle service to two of the main stations in Kobe city area. Really value for money.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay while in Kobe. It is just next to Kobe Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. The room we had comes with a private balcony offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The room is clean, comfortable and has full amenities. The hotel provides bus shuttle service to and from Sannomiya Station. There is also a Family Mart located at the lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks and other additional amenities. Hotel is also walking distance from a Starbucks which opens at 7:30am should you need to get your coffee and the famous BE KOBE sign. Highly recommended.

this hotel situated in very good location beside Shin Kobe Station which can get you to anywhere such as Osaka, Kyoto, Himeiji, even Tokyo. The hotel is consider rather big as compared to local Japanese hotel. Services & breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.
