Phayamas has been our home away from home for four seasons now, only interrupted by the pandemic. This time for exactly one month. The location is perfect, in a strategic position in the middle of the island. We love to take walks along the beautiful beach in the mornings, and bike around the island during the day. Although Phayamas feels perfect, it manages to get a little better every year. The staff is amazing and so is the restaurant. Our bungalow was large, with AC and indoor and outdoor shower. The bed is really comfortable. We have already booked our 5th time.

The staff was great. Breakfast was very nice. The facilities were good. And our non-Air Condition room was very sufficient. Now for the bad part, we were there about eight days as I recall, and the Internet worked in our room for two of the days and not a bit after that. We had to go down by the pool. For wi fi. The other thing they made us pay a key deposit which was to be returned after seven days on my credit card and it hasn’t been credited after 10 days

My stay at Phayamas Eco Resort was absolutely magical! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by Katie and Toi, who made me feel at home immediately. The resort itself is a true hidden paradise—surrounded by lush greenery and the sound of the ocean, it’s the perfect place to reconnect with nature and yourself. The bungalows are beautifully designed, offering a mix of comfort and rustic charm, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The outdoor showers were a delightful touch, adding to the natural vibe of the place. I loved waking up to the peaceful sounds of birds and the gentle sea breeze. I must mention their two adorable dogs, who made my stay even more special with their sweet companionship. If you’re looking for a serene escape where you can relax and recharge, Phayamas is the place to be! Every detail is thought of, and I can’t wait to return.

Bungalows are nice, aircon, hot and cold shower, good beds, nice veranda with hammock, lovely situated and spotless clean. So is the Staff. Excellent and always offering to do something extra. They give you the 5* feeling. Restaurant is very good. Creditcards accepted. Only thing which can improve is the number of sun-beds and parasols at the pool. Also at the beach only 8 sun-beds and no mattresses for them. The place is popular for parents with young children and young couples (honeymoners), at least when we visited. The beach is not very nice. at low tide you cannot swimm. At high tide hip deep water for 100m. So you need a motorcycle to get to other beaches.
