Amazing location, clean estate and great service by the team. Literally facing the beach and close to the pier and walking street. Enjoy the fresh sea catches and barbecue in the evening. They have happy hour from 4pm to 8pm during our stay in Aug 2023. Choose the Villa option as it’s slightly higher but worth the price for the stay and location.

Great location if you're looking for a quieter location in Koh Lipe. Fantastic if you like watching the sunrise, and you can have your breakfast immediately after (nice buffet spread). The resort staffs are friendly and helpful. They provide shuttle service to The Walking Street in the evening and you can try free kayaking on the crystal clear water if snorkeling isn't your thing.

Firstly we was greeted on the pier by a member of staff who carried our luggage to the hotel transportation, we had approximately a 10 minute transfer to the hotel. Reception staff were lovely, we was greeted with an ice cold juice as well as a cold towel to cool us down, after a swift check in we was taken to our room on a golf buggy, we stayed in the honeymoon suite. The room itself was beautiful, very big, amazing AC and a jacuzzi inside the room. The room is situated higher up in the complex to allow for great views but with that comes a fairly steep 5 minute walk to get to your room. The breakfast was very good, standard options for Thailand, pastries, yoghurts, rice/noodles, eggs & bacon, pancakes, omelettes made to order plus some home baked cakes and cookies. A good selection of teas, coffees and juices available. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, about a 10 minute walk along the beach to ‘walking street’ which is the hub of the island… the hotel is situated on Pattaya beach and is honestly one of the best beaches I’ve ever been on with certainly the nicest and clearest water. I would happily recommend this hotel and it’s services.

Absolutely amazing location. We’ve stayed in beachfront bungalow, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, had everything in the room more than we needed. There were indoor shower and outdoor shower, separated doors to go in room, through the front door and another directly to the bathroom (in case we came in from swimming all wet and covered with sand), so we did not dirty our room. Cold towels and fresh welcome drinks when we’ve checked-in, polite and friendly front desk staffs. When we’ve entered the room, it was cool with some aroma that made us feel relax. The breakfast was great, many choices of Thai foods and changed everyday. Staffs go out of their way to make us comfortable and feel at home. Beach in front of the hotel was beautiful, quiet, we can swim and snorkelling there. Walking street was near, we’ve walked there everyday, sometimes just for have some iced tea and thai pancake (Thai Banana Roti). Take a boat trip, it’s worth doing! Definitely recommended this hotel! Staffs are the best!

What a brilliant find! This hadn’t been my first choice resort but thank goodness the others were booked. All of the villas are set around the most perfect pool, with lush foliage and stone benches to allow an underwater seat. The bungalows themselves are beautiful- high ceilings, massive bathrooms and all set around the pool (which may worry some, but all are set back and private). Our room was closest to the beach (and bar) but it’s not a loud bar and all closed by 8pm. Amazingly friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel is also set at one end of Sunrise Beach - ideal for being within walking distance of everything but also not too busy.

Its a very very Nice hotel - rooms were comfortable, staff really really friendly, location perfect pools were okay. Unfortunately the Main pool by the Beach, werent cleaned every day:-(. I could only wish that the staff at the restaurant could speak and understand english. We liked the happy hour, the bar and the staff - Thanks to all at the Ananya Lipe - we’ll be back👍🏻👍🏻

Every once and a while you enter a property that transports you to another plane—certainly physically, more than likely emotionally, and possibly even spiritually. Serendipity delivers on all fronts. The ocean-view villa made me pine for loved ones, as I initially felt guilty for experiencing such a property by myself. I imagined my folks opening the shuttered windows and gazing out at the sunrise each morning. I wished my niece and nephew were sitting on the villa-wide balcony, keeping me company. Yet as the days passed, I fell comfortably in love with being alone in such a magnetic space. Steps from the most intimate, private stretch of Sunrise Beach, Serendipity balances up-scale bohemia with laid-back sophistication. The owner, fortunately, is also a chef—noted in each dish served. Welcoming and gregarious, he was approachable without being overbearing. Honeymoon—yes. Intimate anniversary—absolutely. Elderly parents—possibly a challenge due to the inclined stairways. However, anyone healthy should be able to navigate the surroundings easily. Low season was a dream… Thank you, Serendipity. X, Sam

Very cool! Check out the photos and videos! Absolutely! There are not many rooms, so breakfast is a la carte! The scenery is absolutely beautiful! Breakfast and dinner are all on the shore! Watch the blue sky in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening! Glass boats and snorkeling are both available!

Although our vacation was filled with joy and memorable moments, I must mention the only downside we encountered. The lack of sufficient lighting outside at night posed a safety hazard, as my wife unfortunately tripped and hurt her ankle. However, it is worth noting that the resort staff responded swiftly and provided immediate assistance, ensuring she received the necessary care. While this incident was unfortunate, it did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had at Irene Resort. In conclusion, our vacation at Irene Resort in Koh Lipe was an extraordinary experience. The impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and the island's natural beauty left us with lasting memories. No comments, let me share my accommodation experience. Generally, I don't write reviews, but I think helping everyone is ”avoiding a thunderbolt”? First of all, the location of the hotel is on the tailing beach. The sea water is really clear, but it is also really remote. There are very few tourists. It is very inconvenient to go anywhere. The surrounding is not lively. I personally feel that it is too quiet! I live in a garden view room. The garden view is generally 1750 per night. Personally, I don’t think it’s cheap, but the hotel’s facilities are really very average. The standard room of the fast hotel is quite large and clean. There are stains on the bed sheets of the average hotel. The key point is I'm also drunk that the 1700+ hotel doesn't have a public swimming pool. Because the hotel is too remote, eating and drinking can only be settled in the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is not cheap. A small bottle of Corona is 220 baht, which is equivalent to RMB 47? ? ? It matches the price of his room. The breakfast is so-so and totally not worthy of his price. The service attitude is really good. Maybe all the money is spent on the service. Generally speaking, I personally think that the price of this hotel is 7-800 acceptable. After all, it is the most beautiful sea area (other sea areas are not bad, so there is no need to worry about this sea area). I only took some photos of the hotel and the location of the beach. It’s the best place to see. In fact, most of the seaside hotels are pretty good. The weather is good and the film is very good.
