3. Cold room when you enter it. AC works even when you are out. Each time you return to room it's in optimal temperature.
4. Breakfast with really wide range of options.

8. Upgraded room for free and even didn't told me about that.

Bundhaya Resort is conveniently located close to the jetty, right in front of the beach, just 5-minute walk to Koh Lipe's Walking Street. I love the overall ambience and really like the room's interior.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcoming drink while checking in. The staff were also helpful, assisting with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. Overall, the service was excellent.
The breakfast offered is similar to other hotels, but for Muslim guests, it's important to ensure which is the halal food. Please note that an iron is not provided, and there is no designated ironing area.

Pros: the location is perfect, not far from the pier, from the entrance to Walken Street from Pattaya Beach. The sand on the beach is very fine, pleasant. There are sun loungers, there is shade from a tree, on the beach, there is where to hide from the sun. Right opposite the hotel there is a massage ”tent”. It was popular.
Cons: old rooms. The breakfast is modest, but there are such delicacies as, for example, olives.

Positives:
The hotel is well located close to the beach.
The swimming pool is clean and has nice amenities for children such as slides.
It is next door to ”walking street”
The air-conditioning works well and there is a place to dry clothes after swimming on a hidden balcony.
Great water pressure in the shower.
Negatives:
The check-in and checkout process was dreary with it taking well over 1 hour to check in. There's also a 10 minute waiting time on checkout to get your deposit back. So it's best to checkout and go have a coffee and come back for thr money later.
You cannot check-in before 13:00, but you have to checkout before 10:00, well earlier than many other resorts on the island.
The breakfast was not worth it with little variety and long cues form for a single small coffee machine. It's better to just go to the coffeeshop next door.
The beds are harder than most people would enjoy.
The island is beautiful and I spent 2 nights in this hotel, it was worth the money and you can work around most of the negatives easily

A wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. There is a shuttle service to the pier. The location is central on the island, making it easy to reach any point. Delicious breakfasts are offered. If you purchase breakfast directly at the hotel, it is cheaper than if included in the booking.

Excellent property located on the coolest beach on the island. Beautiful bungalow all in wood, spacious and furnished with antique wooden furniture. Huge well-kept bathroom. Perfect technological equipment TV, wi-fi, air conditioning and large safe. Recommended!

Main complaints:
1) the wifi is really bad and unstable, almost non-existence throughout our stays.
2) the lighting is poor in both the bathroom and living area, especially at washbasin. The whole room only has 2 light switches!! Could add more lights for the comfort of users.
3) the hot water shower is not working well, hardly any hot water.
4) both the washbasin and shower drainage are clogged badly.
Overall San Pita is way over-priced - not up to the standard of Thai hospitality and values expected.
5) the breakfast served is so simple and ordinary, no variety and the same for the 3 days we stayed. So un-Thai!!

The main advantage of this hotel is its convenient location on the most beautiful beach and at the same time next to the main street where restaurants and bars are located. There are comfortable sun loungers on the beach and there are enough of them for all guests. The rooms are simple: two beds, two bedside tables, a table, a safe and a refrigerator.
The downside was that there was not even a kettle in the room and there was cold water in the shower. The price for accommodation is greatly overpriced.

GGuest UserKoh Lipa is definitely worth the travel. It is one of the nicer islands in thailand. We loved the clear sea water and the white soft sands. The hotel is on the beach set in a beautiful garden. The rooms are made of rattan so it didn't get to hot as we only used the fans provided. Put side at the porch we had a hammac to relax in. Definitely value for money 💰
Next to the hotel there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. We also booked a lovely snorkeling trip that provided 5 stops and lunch . The boat was a lovely tailboat and the price was the best we have found so far.
We took a walk to sun set beach from the hotel. It took around 10 minutes I would really recommend to it it's breath taken. And we found a street bar with a wonderful man. So we stopped and had a drink with him on the way there ans on the way back.

Double bed dorms are abit weird and the common area is quite small for the size of the hostel, so there often wasn’t space to sit in the evening. Also the hostel doubles up as the island post office so the reception area is full of parcels and quite busy at times with workers and people collecting parcels. Close to beach though and comfortable.

SSachikoI stayed in a room on the first floor facing the beach, and the view during the day was amazing! At night, the waves were so close that I was scared of coming back.
Even in the middle of the night, I could hear the waves coming so close and it was scary. . I thought it might be better to have a room on the second floor facing the beach.

MMiludekuangxiangThe scenery is beautiful, but there is no air conditioning! ! So it gets really hot at night. The most troublesome thing is that the air conditioner brings the problem of mosquitoes, and some of the mosquito nets are too short to be effective. Friends who are afraid of heat need to choose carefully.
The hotel has many services. The PADI dive shop is located in the hotel and provides rental of various equipment.
Located at Sunrise Beach, watching the sunrise in the morning is an excellent view.

RRobyn Hotel is located close to the walking street and not too far from the beach. Island style vibe with the palm trees and wooden structures outside. The room was ok, very simple. No toiletries in the bathroom and mosquitoes are everywhere. We had 2 small cockroaches in the room, I guess from the heat/humidity. Not ideal :/ There is AC in the room.
Bed wasn't bad, the pillow was uncomfortable- big and puffy. Other than that, I think the highlight here is the MOJO restaurant that is on the premises. The breakfast was great- healthy, western options available that are filling. The banana cake is soft, delicious and homemade - try it! Overall not a bad stay. Thank you!

You are right in the exact middle of the pattaya beach and a few meters away from the walking street. Nights are very quite for great sleep and staff was more than friendly. You even get a free welcome drink with refreshing towel which is a big plus after you arrive by boat!
We really liked our 4 day stay and would recommend and book again. More than happy :)

IIrinaIt took 1.5 hours to get to Koh Lipe from Koh Muka by speedboat. The pier is a pontoon type, and the hotel staff met us on it and took our things on a cart to the hotel. The walk to the hotel is 300-400 meters in total, you can easily walk there yourself. The location is good. Almost all the houses are positioned so that you can see the sea. There's not much point in taking Sia View. The room is large, we had a second floor with a large balcony. Corresponds to the photo on Trip.com. Breakfast is good. Rice porridge soup, rice, noodles, eggs, sausages, ham, juice, coffee, muesli, toast, vegetables, two types of fruit. The distance to the beach where you see the sunrise is 900 meters, where the sunset is the same. To the north, where the view of neighboring Adang is slightly larger. We walked everywhere. There are many restaurants, but you have to choose. I liked the Chinese two, the duck was just lovely, the grilled fish too. The location of the hotel is convenient - right in front of the hotel due to the presence of corals, there are no boats. There are also restaurants, only the beach and the sea. Swimming at night was great, the water was clear, we didn’t see any nocturnal creatures, like in Egypt. I recommend downloading the tide schedule. The hotel is very good in terms of price-quality ratio.

GGuest UserThe position of the bungalows are right on sunrise Beach. We had bungalow number three which is on the beach from and perfect every morning. I don’t think I would want to stay in any other bungalows past the first two rows they’re basic but sufficient and we had a great stay here. There are lots of boats, but it really isn’t a problem. Easy to walk to walk straight probably 10 to 15 minutes. The breakfast was basic but sufficient I would stay here again.
