Facilities: Two-story loft, three bedrooms with private bathrooms
Cleanliness: The room is very clean and tidy

It’s a clean and refreshing beach B&B. It’s private, has good privacy, and the Chinese-speaking landlord is easy to communicate with. The housekeeper Hong is also very friendly. What I like most when I get up every day is to watch the sea in front of the big glass window. There are two private small beaches next to it for swimming. It's a beautiful beach villa. It seems to be the only one on Lipe. The location is between Sunrise Beach Village and Seren. It's perfect. It's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The house has a large viewing roof. We watched the sunrise at home in the morning. The bosses, Koby and Xiaozhu, are a Chinese-Thailand couple. They have no problem with communication. They were especially nice and helped us arrange pick-up and drop-offs and trips to the sea. It was very convenient to come back and cook after fishing. I will bring my family back next time. 0

I felt very unsafe and everything was dirty. I booked four nights and stayed for one night. I couldn't find anyone to check out the next day. I contacted Ctrip and they said I couldn't refund. Even if you can't get a refund and lose thousands of dollars, you still have to move out. Think about how bad this B&B is.
