Room a bit old. And inside have lots of ant in the toilet. Mosquito and fries you will found in the room. But resort with a good location, close to pier and walking street. Breakfast nice, swimming pool nice. Massage inside resort so good . Overall highly recommended

Very easy to access from the pier. Located at one end of Pattaya beach, not too far from Walking St. Felt quite quiet during the week, but got a lot more lively at the weekend. Bungalows nice and clean. Swimming pool is good, with a bar. Personally, I think sunrise beach has a more laid back feel to it, but Bundhaya is excellent for easy access. Breakfast simple but good.

Pretty solid I guess, we stayed in the little villas between the restaurant and the pool. They were generally clean and quiet, staff was nice enough but not overly so. Bigger issues tbh is Koh lipe- it’s supposed to have world class beaches but they are covered end to end with boats all day every day. They only want to avoid it is north near Irene and the maintain area, or to take a little boat to some nearby beach. This place is good enough if you’re going to lipe though.

Bundhaya Resort is conveniently located close to the jetty, right in front of the beach, just 5-minute walk to Koh Lipe's Walking Street. I love the overall ambience and really like the room's interior.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcoming drink while checking in. The staff were also helpful, assisting with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. Overall, the service was excellent.
The breakfast offered is similar to other hotels, but for Muslim guests, it's important to ensure which is the halal food. Please note that an iron is not provided, and there is no designated ironing area.

The location of the resort is very convenient, close to the pier and the walking street. Clean and comfortable room. Nice buffet breakfast. Food in the restaurant is delicious and the price is reasonable with 10% discount for hotel guests. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always happy to help with anything we needed. The property itself is fantastic, with excellent facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The pool was absolutely lovely – the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, making us feel right at home.
Plus, the location is ideal, making it easy to explore the area. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would recommend this hotel to everyone!
