The only that is good is the placement. Otherwise the AC was too loud. The breakfast was in a big hall and too loud. The water in the bathroom runs only I. Periods. Staying in a hostel is better than this so called resort

While the location is excellent and most convenient, they do not have any cafe on premise, they only serve breakfast, no room service at all. Also the wifi is weak and slow. They do not provide beach or pool towels. To get a replacement towel you have to walk to reception before 12 noon to request for replacement on the day after. this is why i complain that the service and facilities is very poor. also i find that the place is not well upkept, and their staff NOT motivated for customer service.

Very helpful staff, breakfast buffet ok, room nice and big, with fridge and heated balcony for drying clothes etc.
Location right next to Walking Street on the beach.
But, the beach outside the hotel is full of boats, people waiting for the ferries etc, so not very nice and no beach chairs, BIG minus for us.

Checking 3pm and check out 10am.
Room ac not cool and front door and bathroom openings has no insects screens.
Included buffet breakfast display and tables not cleared with flies.
Food display not covered or chilled or heated.
Reception require 1000b deposit for such low quality rooms and main lobby/dining area.

Positives:
The hotel is well located close to the beach.
The swimming pool is clean and has nice amenities for children such as slides.
It is next door to "walking street"
The air-conditioning works well and there is a place to dry clothes after swimming on a hidden balcony.
Great water pressure in the shower.
Negatives:
The check-in and checkout process was dreary with it taking well over 1 hour to check in. There's also a 10 minute waiting time on checkout to get your deposit back. So it's best to checkout and go have a coffee and come back for thr money later.
You cannot check-in before 13:00, but you have to checkout before 10:00, well earlier than many other resorts on the island.
The breakfast was not worth it with little variety and long cues form for a single small coffee machine. It's better to just go to the coffeeshop next door.
The beds are harder than most people would enjoy.
The island is beautiful and I spent 2 nights in this hotel, it was worth the money and you can work around most of the negatives easily
