The position of the bungalows are right on sunrise Beach. We had bungalow number three which is on the beach from and perfect every morning. I don’t think I would want to stay in any other bungalows past the first two rows they’re basic but sufficient and we had a great stay here. There are lots of boats, but it really isn’t a problem. Easy to walk to walk straight probably 10 to 15 minutes. The breakfast was basic but sufficient I would stay here again.

Good place to stay in koh lipe. We went to this hotel for family type. The room is clean and the breakfast is good.

I liked this place, like grandma's in the village. The house looks cheerful, simple inside, but the air conditioning is excellent, the water heater works, the water pressure is good. 2 bottles of water every day. Excellent breakfast, delicious, a lot, appetizingly served! The location is right on the beach, a nice small pool, a view of the ocean at breakfast. Perfectly working Wi-Fi in the cafe area by the pool, calls, files, everything without problems. A good beach is 100 meters to the left, the bottom is sandy, there are fewer boats there.

The hotel is a bit away from all the action. Its own clean pool on the beach, albeit tiny. Towels are provided. The staff is nice, but the cleaning is so-so)
The breakfasts are good. The room is so-so, there are cracks in the floor, it's old, the sockets don't work, they spark, instead of 2 beds there is a double and a single bed, they gave 3 beds with one single bed. It's a bit strange to sleep like that. There was no table in the room. But there was a beautiful cat with kittens. Please feed the cats when you stay at this hotel and pour fresh water🫶
