This hotel is not for foreigners it’s really for local residents
So poor quality and windows are not close well and bed is hard I got back pain next day , so many mosquitoes and spiders in room

Nice place - comfortable, clean and quiet. Only minor gripe was that they wouldn't let us check in at 12.30pm, even though the rooms were ready and the keys laid out at reception. The guy did let us in at 1.30pm though - official check in time is 2pm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at this place. Our accommodations were roomy and we particularly enjoyed. The staff were warm and welcoming.

Excellent hotel, or rather guest house.
Near the pier, there are inexpensive cafes nearby
The beaches are 15-20 minutes walk away. This is not noisy Pattaya, so you can get a good night's sleep.
