Lanta Ray Bay Hotel

Good place nearby the beach, restaurants and mini- supermarket

We stayed for four nights. Clean hotel, friendly and prompt service. The included breakfast was simple yet good quality, and they were always refilling everything. Laundry was only 40 baht per kilo, and done the same day. My wife and I would happily stay there again.

Only a few steps from a wonderful swimming beach. Plenty restaurants on the beach, or local flair in the village. Room was very large with firm mattress. Balcony to sit out on. Staff super helpful.

We had a lovely 5 night stay at Lanta Ray Bay. Everything about this place is as it should be - friendly and professional service, decent rooms with comfortable beds and the location is just perfect - a minute walk from beautiful, family friendly beach, numerous restaurants, great coffee shops, bars etc. Very convenient for exploring the island but also quiet and peaceful at the same time. Nam, who owns the hotel, runs it very well and is available at reception most of the time. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she helped us organise local trips, car rental and airport transfer (including a car child seat for our 3yo daughter which we didn’t even have to ask for). Breakfast offering is simple but tasty. All in all, Lanta Ray Bay is great value for money and we will be definitely staying there again when we visit Ko Lanta in the future. We stayed in low season, and it was a ghost town! The hotel itself is in a good location, very close to the beach and to local restaurants/7Eleven. Breakfast was OK - limited set menu, but tasty. Downside was that our room wasn’t serviced once during our 3 night stay and the hotel employee spent more time on his tour stand than the hotel itself.

Literally a minute walk to the beach and numerous beach bars and restaurants this hotel is well located and great value. The hotel staff are extremely helpful, following up with us to make sure we had transportation from the ferry to the hotel. The breakfast selection is small but cooked to order and very tasty. We would definitely go back if we return to Koh Lanta

Loved this hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and they had meals on site throughout the day. The location is perfect, the beach is right around the corner with tons of on the sand restaurants to the left. To the right is almost a private beach if you walk down which was amazing. This area also has Street food and a 7/11 around the corner. Perfect spot and highly recommend it.
