Very average offerings for above average pricing. Good points- - on site kitchen was consistent - large pool - apartments with 3 rooms available - quick check in - provided with an abundance of towels - location Not so good- - pool was filthy. 2/10 for cleanliness. - bathroom scent was eau de sewage. There is no escaping the smell of rotten sewage wafting through your apartment, it comes in waves and it is wretched. -There are no covers on the sink drains so the rotting organic matter is visible. - light in the bathroom flickered even when turned off. - dirty mosquito nets. These should be washed to prevent the layers of dust. - pay for water/electric usage on top of your stay. There was open air around the front door so you’re paying to cool your apartment and the hot air comes in regardless. - shower head broken in the ensuite so the water that you’re paying for runs down the hose instead of on you. - water cooler was excessively loud.

I stayed in a villa on the same area, but the food here is pretty good! We never tried the pool but it looks amazing. I hear it was just renovated too. Unfortunately there's a disgusting smell coming from the area around the restaurant and made us not return.

We stayed here for 10 days. Front desk staff not the friendliest at all. The pool access was great as we didn't have the greatest weather while there so not a lot of time was spent at the beach. There was one sun lounger and a table with four chairs right out the patio door. Pool was cleaned most mornings but not always. There were a lot of children in the pool from sun up to sun down so lots of noise from them. Had to keep the curtains closed when privacy was wanted which made the apartment quite dark. The shower was a bit bizarre as the shower head was super high and not adjustable (I'm 5'7 and my partner is 5'11). Under the kitchen sink as well as the bathroom also had a disgusting rotten egg smell daily which we couldn't totally figure out where it was coming from. Tried covering the shower drain with a bowl but didn't make a difference. Water cooler in the room beside the couch was nice. Cost was 40 Baht to exchange it for a new one at the front desk. The usual instant coffee, sugar, and Coffee Mate packets you typically get with hotels was not provided so buy some before arriving if needed. Same with toilet paper and shampoo and soap - just the first use provided and then you're on your own for the rest. There is a 7-11 just up the street. Dishes, cutlery, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, etc are all provided. There is a laundry bag in the unit that you are supposed to be able to leave out the front door and it'll be picked up and returned clean the next day. Tried it and our laundry just sat in the bag outside for 24 hours before we grabbed it and dropped up the road to a laundry service. Great golf simulator with lovely owners just up the road (Lanta Golf). Lots of different places to eat and drink around as well. The roads are still under construction so not a lot of room to walk and it always seemed to be dusty or muddy when walking on the roads.

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 4 nights via ***********. Paid the advertised price however on arrival they wanted 2,000baht in cash plus extra for power and water upfront. After back n forth we couldn’t understand as we paid the *********** charge. The Manager said we have to pay the power n water but could not show us in the *********** policy where it said we need to pay. She said it’s buried deep. We paid reluctantly and once in the apartment and settled we searched n searched *********** and finally found where it said we needed to pay for power n water. Nothing about the 2000baht deposit though. This fee should be in the front screen not buried deep. The staff where very nice about it all. But a shock to us. The apartment is very big. The most comfortable beds and pillows in our 3 months traveling Thailand. However - I give the pool access apartment a very low rating as the bathroom was disgusting as was the foul smell in the apartment. The shower has not had a good scrub in years. The stink came from under the sink. When I complained about it the lady said “I know”. But nothing done. Honestly it made me sick. As did looking at the shower. In fact it was so dirty and grimy it was sticky to walk on the floor and to touch handles in the bathroom. It is not a serviced hotel. They only clean 1 time per week but there is no broom or mop. Once you use the toilet paper and garbage bags you need to go buy your own. The towels, bedding, pillows and pool towels where nice and clean. The pool was clean too. The smell was a big factor. I’d open the doors to try and air the apartment and bought air freshener. It was revolting. Under the kitchen sink was a blue plastic box with drains in and out. That was the smell. I would nearly vomit it was so bad. The shower was so disgusting it made me sick to look at it.
