On going theme the lady on reception is vey harsh from the get go. Told us cash only & the rooms didn’t match up with what we had booked. We decided not to stay felt scammed & booked another resort. Which was fab. On going dispute with booking agent.

Just to add to the previous post... We had a booking and on the map it showed pink's was up the hill. That is the hotel I booked and that is the hotel I should have stayed in. We were shown a room in the Pinkys down the hill and it was sub standard to say the least...hardly the "luxury" room I booked. We walked out and refused to pay

We stood in reception as the manager gave a room to a walk in off the street into the section of the hotel we had booked into. When it was our turn, they told us no rooms available in that section, but they did have a room for us in the less desirable section??

The worst hotel we stayed in during our Thailand trip. Where do I begin? - - Room we got was not as pictured as the hotel double booked. We paid for a “luxury room” but we were put in new building across the street that was still under maintenance. Room was much smaller, with no balcony. No water pressure, and no hot water - - Room was covered in mold. Both the air conditioner and drapes were covered in mold. When the staff cleaned the air conditioner, they did not disinfect. Only wiped down with water - - the building we were put in was on a busy street so it was loud all night until 1am. Then the roosters beside our room would wake us up at 4am - I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are much better options in the area. The experience was so bad that we left a day earlier, and the owner Mama Nong, refused to refund us for the last night. Make sure you are getting the room you paid for!

Hotel was lovely and we would definitely return if we visited ko lanta again. Hotel grounds well maintained, nice pool areas. Easy access to local amenities including restaurants, bars and shops. Breakfast spot called lazy bird over the road which is great. Rooms very nice and cleaned everyday. Only negative was that on arrival we were placed in a different room which was in a separate part of the hotel (advertised as pinky boutique hotel) which was actually over the road and very inconvenient and isolated. We asked at reception to move to the main part of the hotel and this was organised straight away. This part of the hotel needs to be more clearly advised when booking as we were not aware of this. Staff very helpful and attentive. Thank you :)

I had a booking for 5 nights. The room is very large. Everything is spotless and new. The bathroom was up to my north american standards. The bed was soft and very comfortable. I had pool access directly from my room. Laundry could be done via reception for 60 bahts per kg, same price as wverywhere else but much more practical. I booked a private transfer to the airport with the receprion : the ride was Top Notch. Mini mart, restaurants and massage place are close by. What I did not like : 1. Had to pay cash at check inn because they said their machine was broken. 2. Had a 5 night booking but the put me up in a room at Thai Smile hotel next door the first night vecause they had an iasue qith plumbing in my room. So I had to pack my stuff and change rooms after 1 night. This has nithing to do qith the hotel but: 1. THe sea near the hotel is full of rocks and did not seem so good for swimming. The shore is lined with resorts. Just walk right in through the resorts to access the beach. 2. No public transit in Koh Lanta, so you need to rely on taxi, tuk tuks or a motorbike to get around. You can rent a motorbike at the hotel or near by.

Super nice staff, great location, best breakfast spot just across the street (lazy bird), very comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend. Had a nice Bungalow for myself. Many restaurants around. Short walk to the Beach.

3 minutes walk to the beach and surround by good restaurants. Comfortable room. I like it. โรงแรมห้องพักดีสมราคา ไม่ไกลจากหาด มีร้านอาหารอร่อยๆเยอะแถวนั้น เที่ยวให้สนุกเช่ารถมอเตอร์ไซค์ขับเองสนุกมาก ที่จองผ่าน agoda เลยไม่ทีอาหารเช้าเลยไม่รู้ว่าอาหารในโรงแรมเป็นยังไง

From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with such friendliness, helpfulness, and more. The whole resort is superb, the 2 pools lovely, we had bungalow that was great. Aircon great, WiFi everywhere. Mamanong the lady who is in charge is such a warm lovely lady,all the staff are amazing. We are definitely returning on our travels again next year, and can't wait.
