New houses. these are 4 houses. and you see and hear all the neighbors. it's terrible. there are wine glasses, there are forks and spoons, there are plates. good air conditioner, good water heater. but everything in the house is made of cheap materials and very sloppy. it looks very much like a designer girl. we have been to Lanta Island many times and know good places for this money. after staying here one night, we left this house
