We visited the Knysna waterfront for a boat ferry to Knysna head. It was like nothing I've ever seen. Being a joburg girl one thing I couldn't stop admiring was the cleanliness of the island. You get a proper view from the ferry as you go to and from Knysna Head. Also, we had a mixed Platter on the ferry- there a restaurant on board. The downside is when you try record videos and the recorded "tour guide" competes with you. Overall a great experience. Would I do it again? Ofcourse!!!

Great location and suited the requirements of a group of 10 of us on golf tour perfectly.Very close to the popular restaurants on Thesen Island. We didn’t spend too much time at the lodge as were out during the day but the 2 apar**ents had everything you would need.
