Beautiful hotel facing the lagoon. Check in was not a smooth process due to a room mix up. The service from the staff was outstanding. The room I checked into was very nice, spacious, clean with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The food was delicious. The hotel is a bit far from the city center/waterfront.
Overall experience was outstanding.
I look forward to visiting this place again in summer.

From before we even arrived Miriam and the team here helped us organise spa treatments and dinner for our anniversary. Once at the lodge Promise and Ashley couldn’t have done more for us…drinks by the pool, lovely breakfast, lunch and dinner, generous sized suites, bikes for exploring and a shuttle service to take you wherever you want to go. Fantastic hotel in a great spot and very good value. Highly recommended and thank you

An unforgettable safari experience! The wildlife, landscapes, and guides were amazing. Our family had the best time spotting animals and creating lasting memories. Highly recommend this adventure for nature lovers!

Really enjoyed our stay at Amanzi. Went with my 8year old son. And since we arrived at reception everyone was really friendly. My son enjoyed the animal sanctuary,game drive and the swimming pools. Restaurant excellent and food very good every time. Well done Amanzi for this great place.

Overall a very good experience. There is ist small maintenamce needed. For example the couch is starting to flake, this indicates a aged couch. And there was laundry that was stuffes into cupboard that was not clean and not folded.

What an amazing experience. The staff is so friendly and always ready to help. From booking the place to our arrival they were just so lovely and welcoming. The Chef is also the best, made such lovely meals, from breakfast to dinner. Nice food and nice rooms.
