Driven past for years, decided to final reserve. JA, it gets the job done. Apple the hos is a gem.. really good guy. breakfasts are insane, you have to try their "world class omelet" Because its a wooden building, you can hear EVERYTHING.. its very loud, noisy.. you can hear literally everyone's conversations and movements.. just a heads up. I have motorcycle ear plugs, or chilling and sleeping would definitely be a challenge

We have always wanted to go on holiday in Knysna. And what perfect accommodation is better than The Lagoon Lodge with its hospitality and friendly staff. We especially thank Appel, the Manager who is helpful day and night. He had a plan of attractions for us every day and we got to know Knysna well. Beautiful surroundings. Excellent view. Every morning we enjoyed the most delicious breakfast with a fantastic view of the lagoon. Good cleaning service daily. Accommodation is definitely recommended and Appel will see us again soon.

Room was on the small side, but had everything you needed for an overnight stay. Stairs were a bit tricky, but we loved the shared lounge between the two upstairs rooms. View was fantastic

Beds were comfy, views were excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and grounds well kept. Location so close to all shops and easily accessible. I loved to sit on the deck and soak in the spectacular view.

Thank you for a great breakaway that we needed as a family. We loved staying in the economy room (we were 3 adults), only suggestion is to change the bed in the kitchen to a more comfortable one fitting for an adult. I know its difficult to find a room for 3 adults so thank you for accomodating us. We will see you again in the nearby future.
