The quality if everything on offer is pure luxury. We go here to relax and prepare for a busy year ahead. The nature retreat is calming and I love the car, bike and boat displays.

They have allocated us a room that we didnt book, issues was fixed upon our complaint. However there was a strong smell of mould in the room, we have been give room deodorizer to compensate for it. Next evening there was leak from upstairs in to our bathroom, flooding the bathroom. We had to use towels to stop it flodding the rest of the room. We called reception but nothing really happened, next they when we spoke to manager he said it is normal when upstairs fill their bath tub. Although the staff was nice and friendly we where really disappointed with the value of money and experience we received.

This was truly the highlight of our holiday. This resort caters to all families, the staff were so friendly and efficient. The views and facilities from the SPA to the pool area were great together and the rooms were spacious and modern. If we could have given this 6 stars we would not hesitate.

Our stay was amazing! The property location within bushes is a beautiful contrast with the luxurious finishes and amenities offered by the resort. Staff is so anttentive and friendly. Spa treatments are top notch.

Friendly, kind and accommodating service, beautiful location and the hotel offers a variety of excursions for families which kept us busy and happy. The rooms and furniture are dated, and need some improvement. This was not a huge issue. The one thing I did have an issue with was our child's bed was not made up, at check in the bed had a red bag with all her linen and towels in them. When we asked back at reception if this would still be made up, we were told no, children's beds are only made up on request. Found this odd considering the hotel star rating and nightly room rates we were charged.

We were really looking forward to this trip and visiting this establishment. However our 1st night at Zachary's restaurant was a disaster. The service level was poor and tardy. There was a limited selection for vegetarians and of that 1 item was out of stock. The Christmas lunch was a rip off for us as vegetarians in spite of us informing the chef beforehand that we were vegetarian. They just omitted to give us alternates to what everyone else was given. We were charged the set price with no concessions. The waiters are clueless on etiquette and lack proper serving techniques.

Pet friendly. Fire place, hot tub was lovely. Coffee and breakfast delicious. Beach little bit far and hard to reach.
