Cute rooms, quiet (if you are on the opposite side of the freeway, which I was) and accommodating. It is a good location for me. My sink was clogged and the blinds were not working well. I asked for more coffee in the room and left her a tip. She gave me towels, no coffee and she did not take the tip?? I was there for an event, so it was fine for what I needed.

Our room was suppose to be ready at 3. At 2:50 we went to check in and we were told that they didn’t have any rooms ready and didn’t know when it would be ready. We were suppose to receive a text when the room was ready. We received the text after we had already checked in. I think it was around 7:45. We were able to check in about 4:45. This needs to be fixed. It’s not very good business to make customers wait. Other than that the stay was great.

Looked shabby in the room. Very uncomfortable bed, and the staff was never at the desk or visible when entering or leaving the property. The airfreshiner in lobby was overpowering. I will not choose Aloft in the future.

Clean and comfortable
The modern style and features were really nice. The beds were comfortable and I love how many pillows we had! The black out screen was refreshing. So many hotels have the curtains and they always have the little gap with the light coming in so the screen was so nice. The room was dark which added to the nice sleep we had. There is also a Starbucks right there on the way in. Perfect for a quick breakfast and latte on the way out in the morning.

Great location, very clean. Showers could use work
Great location, comfortable bed and spacious room. There are lots of great places to eat around, including a starbucks within walking distance. It was located right off the highway, so that was appreciated after a long day of travel. The shower was great, but it got so much water on the rest of the floor, despite being careful. There's a drain on the bathroom floor that would work if it was slightly angled toward it, but its not so it just sits.

Do not stay here
Not clean, bugs, didn’t clean our room or take trash out any day if 3 night stay, asked and still didnt clean it. Didn’t leave enough towels

The stay was great. We were told on the app we could check in at 3pm but our room was not ready until 4. We had to be at a wedding at 4. However, my friends were staying there so we were able to use their room in the meantime. When we did finally receive our key, the nice gentleman in the front gave us a nice room so that made up for the inconvenience during check in. I would stay there again. Everything was great!
