It is a very nice hotel and the customer service was outstanding. It was clean, smelled great, loved the eco-friendly products and the breakfast was very good. I didn't see or hear any vacuuming happening and i have terrible dust allergies so that was the only bad thing. The shower was top notch.

We loved the indoor pool! The hot breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was attentive and helpful. Location was a short drive from downtown. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Honestly this is great hotel. You can see that they really focus on keeping the hotel clean. We had a couple broken things in the room like the battery cover on the remote was missing, air unit cover was broken...etc. the staff is great. Breakfast is amazing. Hey switch up the waffle batter flavors and they have a different hot spread daily. Biscuits w gravy, sausage, omlettes, different types of potatoes. Only negative is parking can be tough especially when you have people parking crooked with no other available spots

Friendly staff. Convenient location. The room was well cleaned except for the sheet had what looked like a drop of blood on it so we took it off. Otherwise it was a great experience.

One of the best Hampton Inn properties I have experienced. The breakfast staff are first rate. The desk staff and hotel manager are excellent. The custodial and maintenance staff were so warm and professional.

The layout of the room was not well designed for my uses. Their were no drawers to store items (just pull out shelves) Only one chair, no table but an oversized lounger and a couple of footstools that served no purpose but something to trip over. Also found out that housekeeping did not make up our room when we got back at 10 PM. When we asked the next day we were told that they only come every other day. First time I have ever been told that. Very unimpressed.

There was a huge loogie stuck to the side of my toilet when i walking in. Wish the cleaner had cleaned that but all else was perfect. Great place to stay most of the time.
