We only stayed for a quick night while driving through but it was right off the highway. A few good amenities around the area. It was a good standard, clean hotel with the usual and welcome equipment. It’s a massive hotel. No issues at all

The bed was so hard we didn't sleep good at all. I feel that the heating and air system could be cleaned, there was something that was making my throat hurt. It was over priced.

Ours was a one night transit, so we didn’t explore the hotel facilities or the Knoxville area. The staff were pleasant and efficient; breakfast had a good range of buffet selections. I’d be very happy to stay here again.
