Bed very cheap and like concrete. Waited 15 minutes on coffee check out was a breeze I don’t like a place where the cops show up ceiling kinda scared me

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel as the front desk was so helpful and kind to us. Our room was very clean and spacious. The fridge was a perfect size for our needs.

It was ok for the price. The hallways smelled bad (didn't know they were pet friendly) The room itself was hardwood floors and smelled fine. They also didn't have an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up two sets of stairs. Area was convenient.

The staff was really friendly however the hallways and room are severely dated. The hallways smell of **** and pee. There was either poop or dried menstrual blood on the toilet and don't get me started on the tub/shower.

Orbitz glitched and gave me the wrong day and they wouldnt fix the mistske, leaving me without a room.

No service for our entire stay. They didn't make the beds, empty the trash, leave fresh towels in room daily. We had to run staff down to retrieve wash cloths and towels.
Terrible experience. The worst hotel stay in all my yeats of travel inside and outside the United States. Will never, ever stay there again.

The gentleman who checked me in was very nice . I'm not able to walk up stairs due to a disability and he made sure I got a room on the bottom floor. This is the second time I've stayed at this location and both times I've been very happy with my stay. I didn't use the pool this time but everything else was fine. I travel to Knoxville from time to time to visit my son at the college, and it's nice to know there's a place that I can rely on that's on the area. I will be back again for sure. Thank you.

Sadly this place wasnt for us.. Stains all over everything and dirty floors.. we couldnt sleep with the blankets.. dirty and gross, ended up sleeping with a small blanket i brought with me on a somewhat okay sheet i found folded up inside the pull out couch..

The room was cleaner than the rest of the building, but overall cleanliness was poor. We needed clean towels and tried calling the front desk but no one would ever answer. Netflix did not work. The hallways smelled strongly of smoke. The location was convenient.
