Handicap accessible has a bathtub; can't get in! Breakfast was poor; waffle maker broke, li.ited amount of eggs and sausage, gravy was poor.

Fantastic Stay The front desk people were so incredibly nice. The breakfast included some hot options which were wonderful and a pleasant surprise. The lobby is colorful and a delight. The place was clean and I felt safe.

not staying there on my nest visit to Evansville When I made the reservation for the room, I specifically requested a handicap room, knowing that they are suppose to have a walk in shower of a roll in. Had neither one, I have a bad back and right knee hard to get into a tub shower. NO water pressure, there was a shower chair to put in the tub, would not fit like it is suppose too. ad t turn it sideways, still to long, had to use it, first time I have taken a shower sitting in a chair facing the bathroom. Also was under the impression that our room would be serviced every day. We had one towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth to last us for 3 nights or days. It took a genius to find the guide for the tv.one of the lights next to the bed did not work. Chain at the desk would not roll on the carpet squares on the floor. Receptacle were not located like they should have been according to the building codes. Entrance door from the hallway would not close by itself, no closer. the entrance door at the end of the corridor would not lock

All of the employees were so very nice, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel was very cute! The sitting areas on both levels were unique, very colorful and attractive. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options and was constantly being cleaned up and restocked. Our room was really bigger than expected, the bathroom was large and attractive, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We really liked the easy chair and ottoman. Everything was very clean, the hotel was quiet, we certainly felt safe and the price was so affordable! We would definitely stay there again and have told our family and friends about this nice hotel!

Everything was fine as far as comfortable beds and such. There were ants in the room though so not sure if someone had spilled something sweet and it got missed by the cleaning crew or what. They were not overwhelming just a few here and there. The breakfast had a nice variety but the the eggs, sausage, and gravy were all cold even though we got there a few minutes after they put them out. Nice selection of food though. Grace at the front desk was amazing

Room was dirty, plastic bag was wrapped around the smoke detector and the room was full of ants!
