My 3D2N stay at Anika Hotel was great. Recep Staff and Concierge are very friendly and attentive. The hotel is abit old but considered well kept. The location in town is so good. I pre locally can walk to every part of town from the hotel. Thumbs up!

Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great location with many restaurant and shops around. Near to Kluang train station. Highly Recommended!

The hotel’s location is convenient, making it easy to explore dining options and nearly attractions. The room was clean and met expectations, and the shower pressure was excellent. The reception staff was welcoming and attentive.
Overall, I had a pleasant two-day stay and will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit.

The hotel was clearly refurbished and updated. Would have given it a perfect 10 except for the fact that the receptionist who insisted I produce proof of receipt from Trip that I had paid the tourism tax, even though THEIR SYSTEM INDICATED THAT THE TAX HAD BEEN PAID. The problem was I had forgotten to bring my handphone and couldn’t access my email. I told him that I had NEVER encountered such a requirement whenever I booked with Trip. And he said it was a new rule. Yet when I checked in at another hotel the next day, they do not have such a requirement. I had no choice but to pay the tourism tax again. Hope Trip would look into it and get them to refund the money to me.

This was my third stay at Anika hotel. Overall everything was perfect except a few long hairs seen on the floor from the past customer. It locates at the centre of Kluang with great variety of food within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Well above the standard of what I expect from a three star hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Anika in Kluang! The location is super convenient, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore local eateries and attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. Staff were friendly and very accommodating throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere — perfect for a relaxing getaway or a business trip. Definitely great value for money. Highly recommended!
