Hi, the hotel is very terrible. The cockroaches room everywhere and the bed also have cockroaches too very dirty. This place feels very unsafe for my family, especially with my little kids, to stay for four days. Even a simple the management also didn’t check. We have kids. How can I trust this hotel ? So terrible! I will report to email mcmc. Please refund no matter what happened. Because other innocent people will get this . I might want to complain in google reviews. I have picture proof, please check.

OYO Oro Hotel is located in Kluang town area, accessible to lots of eatery, cafes and convenient stores. Just less than 2 minutes driving distance to my favorite kopitiam; Kluang Rail Coffee.
Room is spacious and clean, and a comfy King bed with affordable price.

Hotel room is clean@comfort.Location of the hotel is strategy.Staff @receptionist are very friendly,bilingual.Room toilet is very clean.Hotel bed is comfortable.

Reasonable prize and easy access to makan places such as Kluang railway coffee etc.
The room soundproof is very bad.
