"Everything is fine except limited food/restaurant available. Another complaint is no availability of shuttle bus to the airport, which is very important in our booking consideration. Also there are two Hyatt hotels next each other and confused us. Rental/Taxi are not accessible to Hyatt Place directly, need to walk minutes to the next Hyatt Regency to access, which is not that convenience when you have heavy luggage through an uneven path."

"such a convenient and surprisingly cozy option to stay near airport! I actually didn't spend a night and just needed to kill 10 hours at the airport and this became very handy. Glad to book this capsule hotel instead of keeping my luggages at 80% of its one-night stay cost at the airport. The staffs didn't feel very welcoming especially when you arrive early and had to ask them a favor to open the luggage room but cannot complain at this price. Would definitely come back"

"There are four rooms in the top room. I live in four different guests and need to share a bathroom. Fortunately, we will be one night before the transfer. And just soaked in the hot springs, there is no need to take a bath, otherwise it is still a bit inconvenient. The plane passed almost above the small balcony. If the plane was photographed, it would be a good seat. Fortunately, there is no plane after nine o'clock, but it does not affect sleep."

"It is 5 minutes away from the airport. It has all the splendor that a Hyatt should have. The rooms are large and the facilities are very new. There is no disposable toothpaste or toothbrush. There is also a mouthwash cup and lip marks from the previous guest that have not been cleaned. There is also a toilet door. There are little stains that have not been wiped clean. The front desk staff is kind and friendly, and the processing speed is fast. The lobby is huge!"

"Information about late check-in was sent in advance by email. Everything was described very well. Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was booked at short notice at reception. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was served in a small breakfast room. I would book it again and again. free parking I would love to come back"

"Really near to station, just no lift or escalator at the train station. So have to hike up a stairs with the luggage. A lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby (within walking distance). Just 5 stops from zurich hb stations, 15mins journey. Take note there’s no aircond in the room."

"Zleep Hotel Zurich-Kloten does what it sets out to do for an overnight stay before a flight out of Zurich Airport. It has the bare minimum in terms of amenities and customer service, with an automated check in machine that requires you to manually enter all your own details, and nothing (including no kettle, tea/coffee) in the room other than basic furniture and linen. DO NOT use the airport shuttle service advertised next to the check in machines. It is run by a third party provider called Simul Group, which is an absolute scam. I had booked and paid for a pick up for the morning of my check out, didn’t receive a confirmation and so called the company, who told me to check with reception the next morning. The next morning, reception did not have confirmation of my booking, so they called Simul Group, who claimed they did not receive my booking and advised me to book and pay again. I was not going to pay a second time, so called them twice myself but they did not pick up. Hotel reception helped me to call them again and they picked up immediately, saying they didn’t want to speak with me because they couldn’t speak English, even though they had spoken to me in English the night before. After much persuasion by hotel reception (including with proof from my banking app that I had indeed already paid), the company finally agreed to the pick up, but they still did not send any receipt or confirmation of payment. Avoid using Simul Group at all costs and go down the road to catch the public bus to the airport instead."

"The location was excellent and we could check in at the airport terminal within a 15-minute walking distance. Besides, the railway terminal was nearby and there was train towards Zurich city center about every 30 minutes. The hotel was clean, tidy and stylish. Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. Thank you."

"Conveniently located with bus stops within walking distance. Buses to the airport are plenty and frequent. Very near Migros, Coop, Denner. The studio that we stayed in was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Check in was easy but make sure you fill out the email that was sent to you to get the code for self check in. The check in machine is just outside the apartment block. Key in the code to get room code and room number. Stayed 2x at this apartment."
