self check in is terrible, we were lucky to find someone who helped us, we couldnt log in, we thought we were going to sleep in the street, when we got there there was a family in the same situation:/ that made us feel super insecure about the place, didn’t get the room i booked, etc

Hotel close to airport, nearby subway. It was continent stay there for a night

Was not exactly clean. There were bits of hair all around the bathroom.

This is an unmanned hotel with self-service check-in procedures. It is very unfriendly to guests who are not good at foreign languages. It took me two hours and asked Ctrip customer service to check in. Moreover, this hotel has no signboard at all, and it cannot be seen that it is a hotel. It looks like an abandoned factory dormitory. It is not recommended and Ctrip is recommended to cancel its cooperation with it.
