The hotel is about 20 minutes walking from Zurich airport. Check in is via code after email registration, no staff available.
The rooms are large and the bed comfortable for a good night sleep, clean bathroom and good value for money.

We had lots of problems in our room, with a shutter that didn't open, a TV that didn't work, lots of kitchen utensils missing, etc. Unfortunately the staff and the helping desk didn't solve the problem within our 3 days there. A positive aspect is the location (very close to the airport - you can even walk) and the self check-in scheme).

Conveniently located with bus stops within walking distance. Buses to the airport are plenty and frequent. Very near Migros, Coop, Denner. The studio that we stayed in was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Check in was easy but make sure you fill out the email that was sent to you to get the code for self check in. The check in machine is just outside the apartment block. Key in the code to get room code and room number. Stayed 2x at this apartment.

Staying at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It started with the lack of parking, which was never mentioned when I booked. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were completely unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my situation.
This left me with no choice but to book another hotel in the middle of the night—at 3:00 a.m., to be exact! Imagine the stress and inconvenience I had to endure simply because of the hotel’s lack of care and professionalism.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. If you value comfort and good service, look elsewhere!
