I can’t rate Hotel Piz Buin highly enough. This hotel is doing an outstanding job in providing a high standard of accommodation in Klosters. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we found in eight weeks of travel. The pool, spa and sauna is spotless and beautiful. We traveled with a friend and we were all given an upgrade on arrival to a large studio apartment with fantastic village and mountain views. The room was so comfortable and the bathroom large and with a bath. The location is central in the village and close to everything. I would stay here again anytime.

We spent 8 nights in this lovely hotel and would definitely go back. It was in a good location with a bus stop outside and the train station a short walk. Whilst we were there we visited several other hotels for drinks/food and this hotel was far the best in resort. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage space as we don’t travel light. The bathroom was modern and well layed out. We used the spa area which was amazing. The underground parking was also very convenient. Both the restaurant and bars in the hotel had a lovely lively atmosphere and very popular. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean and every member of the staff from housekeeping to the hotel manager were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

This is a great hotel. I have stayed here multiple times and it is always a good experience., which is why I return. Spotlessly clean, a nice layout - uncluttered, plenty of storage space in the room. The ski room is also kept tidy and clean. The spa has wonderful heated floors and is such a nice place to unwind after skiing. This year I ate at the Bistro twice and the restaurant once. Although it has the same menu, the atmosphere is quite different. The food is delicious and the portions very generous. They mix a mean cocktail as well. Both very nice, the bistro is a bit louder and less formal, the restaurant is more formal, but unstuffy. The hotel has excellent staff . Super professional and very helpful .

If you want a Christmasy Christmas in the snow do not choose this hotel. We were very disappointed. The rooms were nice and large enough but had a hotel look to them rather than a Graubunden Swiss look. The hotel staff at Reception and at breakfast, particularly the women, were very unfriendly and unhelpful. They did not tell us about any of the hotel facilities like the swimming pool or boot room or how to find them. We were not offered transport from the railway station although when we asked about it when we were leaving a week later it was available, like in other hotels in Switzerland and most European countries. When we asked for recommendations there was nothing forthcoming from the women or they said they did not know. Two of them standing together said the same thing-neither had anything to offer as a recommendation. One of the men was helpful when asked about train timetables. What was particularly disappointing when staying at Christmas is that there was really nothing in the hotel to make it feel like Christmas. There was not a large Christmas tree at Reception or in the eating area. At last we found one! It was in a conference type room to the back and side of the elevators where there was no reason to go unless you were looking for something. The room was closed off by conference doors sometimes open, and seemed like a nice room with a fireplace and seating but I do not know, even now, whether this room was generally available for guests of the hotel or was in fact a conference room. In the eating area for breakfast there were insignificant cut out brown trees on a couple of shelves that seemed to blend in so that it was possible not to notice them at all unless looking for Christmas decorations. The eating area was just that. It was a bar and tables which doubled as a bar/breakfast and general dining. There was not a nice separate restaurant to the general bar at this hotel. The food available was unremarkable and nothing special was put on for Christmas dinner. As a result we only had breakfast at the hotel and chose to go to all of the other hotels in the town for dinner. We always wished that we had stayed at the nice hotels nearby where we were dining or having apres-ski such as the Alpina or Vereina hotels! In those hotels it felt like Christmas from the moment you looked at them from the outside to the beautiful decorations outside and inside-it was Christmas. We had superb dinners at these hotels and others including a wonderful special Christmas dinner a la carte that we were hoping to find. If we return to Klosters another time we will know where we should stay.

The location of pizza burn is perhaps best in KLosters . To the cross country filed only 7 minutes walking and even less to the cable for alpine ski. And in the centre of town .The hotel was perfect decorated . The room was spacious and beautiful also the bathroom had a bath and a shoer and the tiles and all was looking nice . the breakfast was complete and what we like salmon an all kind of eggs available. The staff was nice and efficient.i the food in restaurant was mst of the time excellent . we ate five times . One time the halibut was overcooked nut no action was taken on our remark . But most of the times the food was good quality Only thing not perfect was the wifi but they told us that more access points will come soon. for guests who want to go to Klosters first time a few remarks 1 parking is no where free everywhere you should pay 2 pre saison skiing was not a big success if you do classic cross country `in our case ( 12-24 December( they only opened the nightloipe in Davos or classic cross country more were openend for skating ; after a few days more was openend but snow enough.. It was economizing, 3 the skipistes were normally excellent and th copies ;after also . 4 becuase of the expensive franc restaurants have high prices a pizza for 24 euro is normal as well a mani course of 50 euro or a coffee for 5 euro . it is much more than in the other winter sport countries. 5 all is perfect organized and clean even toilets around the tracks for cross country tracks 6 easy to go to Davos by train or ski ( alpine)
