My company booked Southey House for a week for myself and 4 other coworkers. The property was immaculate, the rooms well equipped with amenities, and the staff service was 5 stars. Despite being in Kloof on business, we were unanimous that our stay there felt like a breakaway due to the sheer comfort and peace of Southey House. We were almost sad to leave but I am looking forward to returning in future. Highly recommend if you are looking for an effortless, classy and restful stay in a beautiful part of KZN.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Beautiful and friendly staff that made me feel like family and ensured that I was comfortable. Clean rooms, adequate privacy. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

Really nice BnB, good location and great breakfast. The only slight negative was that the power went out for an extended period over night and we were unable to charge laptops, cellphones etc.

I loved my stay at Southey House. I stayed for 4 nights and found both Precious and Mafuthi were very attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, and smelled amazing all the time. I highly recommend Southey House and will most definitely stay again on my next visit to KZN.

A beautiful home away from home. Wished that our trip was longer so that we could have enjoyed this grand spot. This will definitely be our accommodation of choice when in this area. Staff are amazing. Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely guest house
In a lovely safe area.
Beautiful guest house with the most fantastic view.
Lovely staff, great breakfast.
Easy access to main roads shops and restaurants.
Our room was clean and spacious.
Will be back next time we visit South Africa.
