I made my booking a few hours before I needed accommodation that night. The Lemon Tree team assisted me in no time, and the communication and service was outstanding. The rooms were 5/5, and I felt very welcomed. Special mention to Lindiwe, who checked me in, assisted me with making the payment and took the time to show me to my room and around the property. Would definitely recommend and stay again myself if I am in the area.

We had such a wonderful stay. The host's assistant welcomed us with open arms. She was very friendly and helpful. My only advise for the host is to consider increasing some air ventilation in the cottage building. As it was stuffy and was smelling of dampness.

Stayed in the cottage with own private entrance. Very clean and comfortable. Received a warm welcome and explanation about amenities in full. Felt like a home away from home. Will definitely be back again! Thank you for your hospitality!! Well situated, close to shops and restaurants. Will recommend it with pleasure to all travelers to Kloof, Hillcrest, KZN

Unfortunately our experience at the Lemon Tree was not great. The Tv in the room was not working, when we phoned Alta at the Lemon tree and asked if someone could come sort it out, the response was very poor, and Alta not helpfull at all. Nobody came to sort the tv out. The basin tap in the bathroom was loose. And then mini bar which was not fully stocked at advertised, only milk in the min bar. Dissappointed with the poor service

I have stayed at Lemon Tree many times and its always the same - an absolutely charming experience. Wonderful staff, great rooms and I always have a good nights sleep.

We really enjoyed staying here. Was only one night but I wish it was more!! Lovely breakfast. Beautiful, tranquil garden. Service was excellent. Loved the “Breakfast Room”. I just loved everything about this place!
