Loved everything about this hotel. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location is perfect, just beside 2 malls. Surrounded by local food stalls. Our room has a beautiful mountaim view. Also very spacious. Worth extending our stay. Wonderful 5 nights spent.

Warm water is good. Only the bathroom door was a bit stuck. The room is okay. There is only a musty smell. Lift facilities are okay. Good security guard and good crew.

The service is quite good and welcoming as well, the amenities are quite complete, just the bathroom is too small, the room is not comfortable. There is a restaurant above and there is a rooftop with a nice view of the city. the hotel is not too crowded,so it is suitable for rest or transit.the prayer and quran are also provided,suitable for the theme of a mosque hotel.recommended for family staying anyway

The bathroom is a bit less clean, there is no water heater or it doesn't work, it's a bit dusty on the window glass and curtains, and there are some belongings of previous guests left in the cupboard locker, the room is not soundproof, the sound from outside is very loud, it's a bit disturbing, the elevator often queues together with the cafe staff in the rooftop area or maybe there is an event there at the same time so access is busy. Moreover, some of the accommodation staff and cafe staff on the rooftop floor often go back and forth in the elevator area.
But overall it's quite comfortable, complete facilities, and easy access to the location, near the mall area.
