Great,clean but the toilet door not function very well

This is probably the worst stay in my life. The building looks impressive on the outside - that’s about it. Oh, and close enough to the train station so can quickly get out of there.
1) the hotel is so run down and old it’s practically a ruin. It felt like sleeping in an abandoned house. It may seem vintage on pictures but when you actually are there it’s really not pleasant, I was looking forward to getting the hell out. The only purpose this place is suitable for is a decoration for a horror movie.
2) I was really hoping to sleep there a few hours before going to Mount Bromo, but it was impossible to sleep. Somewhere under/near my room something would go on and vibrate with a droning sound every 3 minutes. I don’t know what it is, like a giant old fridge. Even with ear plugs it’s impossible to ignore because the bed was shaking with the vibration.
3) The staff’s attitude is not exactly rude, but could have been better. They don’t speak much English and don’t seem very keen to help.
To summarise, I’m so glad I’m out of that place!

Hotel seriously needs to consider some renovation to rooms. Bed sheets and towels were clean, but the overall cleanliness is poor. Especially in bathroom. Breakfast was minimal but on par with hotels we stayed in here Malang.

The hotel is located next to the main road in the city center, which is very convenient to find. It is about one kilometer away from the train station. There are many restaurants on the road above the train station.
The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.
