Hotel didn't have an elevator but they were quick to transfer my family and I to a ground level room as my dad had walking difficulties. Overall great service & staff, will stay again in the future.

The room is OK, but not very soundproof.
The service is OK, but there are no Chinese people, and communication is mainly in English.
There is an outdoor swimming pool.

It feels like a better hotel in Malang, but the decoration is old. The room we were assigned had no real windows and was very dark. Because I had to go to Bromo during the day, I thought I could take a shower when I came back, but they said I could only delay check-out for half an hour.
The location is very convenient, right in the center of Malang, and the train station and supermarket are within walking distance.
