doorman & staff disport center sgt ramah dan helpful. yg bikin kecewa adalah Resepsionis saya tanya dmn jaquzzi & dijawab lg trouble dgn muka flat. saya tanya lg ke staff sport center dijawab sgt ramah & bisa untuk jaquzzinya. syg sekali hotel nya bagus untuk staycation tp kecewa sama resepsionis yg kurang ramah.

The hotel service was excellent and their staff are wonderful. Hotel is generally clean and good facilities. Able to get assistance from hotel staff when required. The food are awesome.

If you'd like a hotel with a view in Malang, and centrally located inside the city, this is the hotel for you. It gives me a great value for the money. I stayed at standard twin bed room with a balcony with mountain view.  The location is superb. I can walk 10-15 minutes to Kawi Street, where many restaurants located.  However, a few things that can be improved. I went to the gym at 6 am, and no one there. However, AC wasn't turned on. So, after 20 minutes of intense workouts, you'll be drenched with sweat. No towel inside the gym was available. Bring your own from your room and bottle water as well.  Maintenance and house keeping can be improved. I visited my sister who stayed on the 7th fl executive suite, and there was a hole in the curtain. And the room could use more deep cleaning.  The bed sheets in my room can be replaced with the one without hole in it.  With the years, some of the amenities could be replaced.

Arrived in Malang on 26 March 2022, requested for smoking room during booking online & paid in full ( i know it is upon availability), during check in was told hotel is a non smoking room only, if i want to smoke can do it in the balcony. What? They should NOT have option when i do booking on Agoda asking smoking or non smoking Bad marketing by Ijen..I did not even stayed here, I left without checking in & stayed a different hotel with Smoking room..BTW requested a refund with the hotel, they say this is No refund booking..Hmmm, even though this is no refund but IJEN should be more diplomatic caused they cannot fullfil what the put on the online booking,VERY DISSAPOINTED..
