Good service. Nice front desk service. A very good experience.

All I can say, this hotel is worth every time we spend the day. From the cleanliness to the service, from the building to the supporting facilities like fitness center and pool. Every aspect is very well-managed. Furthermore, the location is just another advantage, situated at the heart of Malang plus conencted with two local malls which provides almost everything we need to buy when it comes to fulfill our needs during our stay.

The room we stay in is so dirty. We arrived at 10:00 PM because we took road trip. After 14 hours drive, we expected the room will.be nice. At least clean and comfortable to stay in. But what we found? It seems like the room never got cleaned for a long time. Under the bed, there was empty mineral bottle and a used spoon. Also a drawing sheet , probably from the guess who stayed before us. Dust are everywhere under the bedside table. When we moved the bed a little bit, dust are so thick under the bed, together with the empty mineral water bottle and used spoon. I reported this disappointment to the reception, and they said all rooms are occupied. Only a house keeper came to help sweep the dirty floor and mopped it. What a bad experience with a 4* hotel. Btw i was late to take a photo of all the trash in the room. Too tired 😩 The next day, the hotel manager handled this case and apologize. He allows late check out as compensation and sent fruit platters to our room. Thank you for this prompt compensation from their side.

A pleasant surprise, highly recommended. The hotel is like a cultural museum that integrates European and Asian cultures. The founder collected antiques from all over the world and displayed them according to different themes, which are of great ornamental value. The restaurant is also good, providing 24-hour breakfast and afternoon tea

I was on vacation with my family, the room was spacious, comfortable and quite clean The food was varied, the hotel's position was strategic on the main route of Malang Surabaya

The facilities can only be described as ordinary, equivalent to domestic B&Bs. The soundproofing of the room at night is not very good. You can hear people chatting next door in the middle of the night. However, relatively speaking, Malang is just a stopover and you can stay for one night.

The building is a Dutch building over 100 years old, the interior has been renovated and well maintained. The staff is warm and attentive, everything is good. The Italian restaurant next door (also part of the hotel, breakfast is here) is of high quality, authentic, and the environment is very comfortable. I chatted with Maria (maybe I heard the name wrong, if so, I'm sorry) who has worked here for 31 years. She gave us a brief introduction to the hotel and restaurant and warmly invited us to take a photo. Every staff member was very nice. I will definitely come again and again. Looking forward to seeing you again.

It is ok but they give me room in the ground floor there were a lizard and a cockrouch in my room, the staffs are good. the laundry was bad while there price is high I do not why, the stains on my clothes still there. The breakfast is limited. Other than that are ok

The hotel location was superb! There were some spaces for improvements such as breakfast menu options and variations. The taste was decent but relatively not enough for 4 stars rated hotel.
