We stayed at the hotel on a long weekend in family. There are several activities to do in the area. You will start the day with a well furnished breakfast in a cosy environment. The ski center is very close and sufficient for a good time with little kids. If the snow is not your thing, you can combine the visit of the villages around and even a cave near by. Great surprise! In our case we pull our kite and flew it on top of a hill. Super condition to fly a kite with kids. Back to the hotel you can relax at the heated pool with water jet. The personal was very friendly and provided top service. We even spent our last dinner meal at the hotel close the fire place with wine and fresh food.

2 days stay i felt very well ,very pleasant and kind personnel ,the room is very clean ,the bed is good ,everything is fine, parking is near the hotel and in premises the pool is very big and clean with sunbeds all around

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε ωραία τοποθεσία και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Κλειτορίας. Πέρα από αυτά, το μονόκλινο του πρώτου ορόφου όπου διανυκτέρευσα (αρ. 107), είχε εξαιρετικά περιορισμένο χώρο λόγω της τοποθέτησης εκεί τριών κρεβατιών, καθαρά σεντόνια, αλλά λεκιασμένη μοκέτα και τοίχους, ενώ η πόρτα του μπάνιου τοποθετήθηκε έτσι ώστε να απαιτεί ακροβασίες για την είσοδο/έξοδο του επισκέπτη. Κυριότερο: όταν ζήτησα να αλλάξω δωμάτιο με απροσδόκητη αγένεια ο ξενοδόχος απάντησε: "αυτό είναι δεν έχω άλλο" και στην προσπάθειά μου να εξηγήσω γιατί ήθελα να αλλάξω: "πάρτε το όπως θέλετε"!

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, με ευρύχωρα δωμάτια και τεράσια διπλά κρεβάτια. Πολύ καθαρό. Η θέα στο βουνό, πολύ καλή και ταυτόχρονα είχαμε θέα στην τεράστια πισίνα. Το βραδάκι αξίζει κάποιος να πάρει το ποτό ή το αναψυκτικό ή το παγωτό του πλάϊ στην πισίνα με υπέροχη μουσική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Επί πλέον είναι στα 200 περίπου μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία της Κλειτορίας

Το ξενοδοχείο προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις για να περάσεις μια χαλαρωτική διαμονή! Φοβερή πισίνα, άνετα δωμάτια, φιλικο προσωπικο κ φιλόξενοι ιδιοκτήτες! Κάλο πρωινο, υπέροχο pool bar που το βράδυ μετατρέπεται σε μπαράκι φιλόξενο για οικογένειες! Πέππα, Δημήτρης, Κλεάνθης καθώς κ όλο το team, μια πραγματικά φιλόξενη ομάδα!

Το χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο που έχουμε επισκεφθεί από άποψη συμπεριφοράς του ιδιοκτήτη. Σάββατο βράδυ έως τις 4 έκανε πάρτυ στο χώρο του εστιατορίου με πολύ δυνατή μουσική κλαρίνα, ποτά και τσιγάρα με παρών τον ιδιοκτήτη. Και ξαφνικά άρχισε να χτυπάει ο συναγερμός της φωτιάς 4 και 5 το βράδυ. Η ρεσεψιόν δεν απαντούσε, τρέχαμε να κατέβουμε 2 ορόφους για να μας πουν ότι κάποιος κάπνιζε στο διάδρομο .Ειρωνικότατος και αδιάφορος ο υπεύθυνος, με ένα εστιατόριο να μυρίζει σαν τεκές και γεμάτο μπουκάλια έστειλε έγκυο γυναίκα που πηγε για παράπονα πίσω στο δωμάτιο της 5 το βράδυ. Καμία ενσυναίσθηση με προπληρωμή της βραδιάς για ένα βράδυ 90-100€. Λυπάμαι για το μπάχαλο που αποκαλείται ξενοδοχείο. Δεν ζήτησαν ούτε συγνώμη!!!

Από τις καλύτερες επιλογές στην ευρύτερη περιοχή. Όλα όπως είχαν συμφωνηθεί εξαρχής. Το δωμάτιο τέλειο, όλα τα έπιπλα και το μπάνιο καινούργια, ζέστη όσο χρειαστηκαμε. Πρωινό όχι πολύ εντυπωσιακό αλλά καθαρό και με φρέσκα υλικά, η εσωτερική πισίνα απόλαυση αλλά προσοχή δουλεύει μόνο 16:00 με 20:00 και είναι σε διαφορετικό κτήριο από τα δωμάτια. Αρκετά ικανοποιημένοι συνολικά. Η περιοχή σε ακτίνα λίγων χιλιομέτρων έχει παρα πολλές δραστηριοτητες, αρκεί να το έχετε ψάξει λίγο πριν πάτε.

Όταν έχεις κατά νου να πας σε ξενοδοχείο 3αστερων πρέπει να είσαι έτοιμος να αντιμετωπίσεις.... την μουχλιασμένη κουρτίνα μπανιου, το ελάχιστο πάρκινγκ του ξενοδοχείου, την μέτρια εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού καθώς και ότι είσαι οικογένεια και σου δίνουν τρια μόνα κρεββατια!! Την αγένεια όμως της ίδιας της ιδιοκτήτριας η οποία χρησιμοποιεί την ιδιότητα της για να κλείνει το δρόμο του πάρκινγκ με το "έτσι θελω" και να υποχρεώνει τους πελάτες της να μεταβούν σε άλλα δρομάκια για να παρκάρουν ενώ και η ίδια μπορούσε να παρκάρει και να αφήσει και τους υπόλοιπους να εξυπηρετηθουν... Αυτό δεν ξεπερνιέται εύκολα!κυρίως η αγένεια και όχι ο ίδιος ο λόγος! Δεν είναι ούτε τα λεφτά ούτε η ανάγκη να πάει κάποιος να τον περιποιηθουν.. Είναι η ίδια η εικόνα της επιχείρησης η όποια δίνει κακό προηγούμενο και παράδειγμα και παρ ότι μείναμε δύο ημέρες δεν έδειξε την καλή διάθεση να διορθώσει την άσχημη αυτή εικόνα της ....!!
