The hotel is really great, the wellness area is rather small, but nice with a pool and two saunas and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was also very crowded there. The staff is very friendly.

Hello, the service is excellent, the "bungalow" was clean and the bed with the great mattresses led to a relaxed sleep!
We had booked with breakfast and it was very extensive and delicious!
Only the swimming pool smells of chlorine.

Wir haben 2 Tage mit unseren Enkeln verbracht.
Das Hotel ist für Kinder sehr geeignet. Das Spieleland,das Bastelzimmer und die Schwimmhalle haben uns gut gefallen.
Der Außenspielplatz könnte noch etwas attraktiver werden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Als ganz besonderes Angebot schätzen wir die Großzügigkeit vom Hotel, dass man auch am Abreisetag noch alle Bereiche des Hotels nutzen darf und nur die Zimmer geräumt werden müssen. Das haben wir bisher noch nie in einem deutschen Hotel erlebt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

I'm so satisfied with my 2 days long vacation here! The pool area is beautiful. Water is warm. The sauna is good. I wish it's more than only 2 saunas. It has a fitness area too but I didn't use it! The room is very cozy, good decorated. For welcome you have in the room 1 water and little 2 bags of a dried fruit what was such a nice surprise! ❤️ I tried cocktail Tequila Sunrise and it was very good! I think one of the best cocktail I tried somewhere! And my boyfriend had gin tonic and it was also good! Food is delicious!

Wir kommen aus persönlichen Gründen immer wieder, es ist schön und wir mögen die Umgebung, aber das Hotel wurde, seit wir das erste Mal hier waren, (gefühlt) auch nicht mehr renoviert. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt und die Zusammenstellung aus Indoorpool mit Sauna und kleinem Restaurant macht es bequem.

Es ist im großen und Ganzen immer wieder schon und erholsam. Diesmal hatten wir Probleme mit der Sauberkeit. Das Personal hat aber sofort Reagiert. Das Schwimmbad war sehr warm mit 34 Grad. Der Buffet zur Frühstückszeit ist eine Herausforderung und alles andere als entspannend, wenn es darum geht, sich essen zu holen. Die Essensauswahl ist groß und ausreichend. Der Fitnessbereich ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das Personal war stets höflich, , auch wenn es stressig war.
