"Mixed Experience – Great Location but Needs Better Maintenance Stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. Pros: • Easy to locate as it’s along the main road and attached to a mall. • Plenty of eateries within walking distance. • There’s a nice park nearby for evening walks, beautifully lit up. • The staff were exceptionally pleasant and very accommodating, which was a highlight of the stay. Cons: • The hotel feels poorly maintained—many things in the room seemed to be falling apart, from the window handle to the shower head. • Rooms are quite small, and all three tiers of rooms offered are the same size. • Breakfast was disappointing for the price—aside from the egg station, everything else seemed precooked or from instant packets. The bread was extremely hard. • The swimming pool looked murky and appeared unmanned. • Despite the attached mall, many attractions were still under renovation, leaving only the usual eateries open. • Parking was quite confusing, and finding the hotel parking took time. • Room service only starts after 4 PM, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and great staff, but the maintenance, room quality, and breakfast experience need significant improvement."

"I booked a Superial Dx Window room, but they said they didn't have a room with a window, so I got a room without one. I stayed in room 3 for 3 nights. This hotel doesn't have an elevator, so I was shown rooms on the first and third floors, and chose the room on the first floor. The room was 14m², a decent size, and bright. Two 500ml bottles of water are free. Cleaning is not done unless you request it. Same for daily water. There are water and hot water servers on the second and third floors. Two bags of coffee and tea are provided every day if you request them. The front desk is also very friendly. Above all, it's close to Klang station. It's a short walk to the Indian town. The Wifi speed is decent. Considering the price, it's not a bad hotel."

"The location is very strategic. Many well-known restaurants are near to this hotel, I can visit many restaurants by just walking. The downside is the air-con is not very cold. Need to wait for around 30 minutes to get cold."
