"1) When I book the room at this hotel, I indicated that I need walking stick to move around ... this hotel has no elevator and room assigned was on the first floor!
2) Television not working!
3) Very old air-conditioner, very noisy, cannot sleep.
4) clothing hanger are falling apart and not fix.
5) However, their staff are friendly and very helpful!
6) Will not recommend this hotel."

GGuest UserLove the location of the hotel. Staff friendly and have communication skills. I would prefer to have dispenser machine outside the walkway. Every time if I need filter water, I need to go down to the reception and I find it too troublesome. Bedroom slippers too thin and makes it difficult to wear.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us with a smile. The service was excellent and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere was great. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

PPung Kok YauSpacious room with comfortable double bed mattress. Nice swimming pool and gym. Walking distance to many eatery outlets and next to Lotus Supermarket mall.
Nice breakfast spread with mainly Malaysian breakfast food and mixed of western spread as well. Food taste is good.
Very friendly and helpful staff from reception to security guards etc.
Enjoyed my stay here.

The booking was easy with Trip.com at a very good price.
Only street parking is available for this hotel.
There are many different restaurants (Chinese, Western, Korean, deseert bar) and a few pubs around this area.
Selected a twin-bed room with a window.
The room looks clean and neat. Just the naminated flooring is not in good shape.
There is a kettle with coffee and tea in the room, but no fridge.
The toilet amenities are complete with body and hair shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cab, and razor. All our daily hygiene needs are here. Hence, save the hassle of bringing it.
The front desk staff is friendly too.
Overall, I was happy with the booking and the stay in this hotel

GGuest UserStayed for 1 night for interview purpose. Basic room with basic facilities. Location wise near to HTAR by driving about 5-10min distance. Reception staff was helpful when i asked for help at early morning last min to print for extra document needed for my interview. Water pressure in toilet was low. Generally is a budget hotel ok for 1 night stay and u get what u paid.

AAreppoThe location was very strategic. Very near to port klang KTM station. Can reach by walking distance. Room was nice n air cond quite good. So comfy. Toilet good n clean. Easy to check in n check out. Staff was friendly

DDesignYourLifeTips❤️Is different from what the picture advertised, but overall is fine. The location is the best, just right opposite of Jia Jia Seafood Restaurant, easy access to everything including food stalls and shops. Although midnight can heard karaoke noise coming from Sea Lion Hotel, and some disco music form a pub just a blocks away, but is still acceptable. No staff station in this building, no wifi. They have water dispenser schone but the water filter seems greeny and aged. Amenities is clean towels, mini soap bar and mini water bottle. Collect key from Sea Lion Hotel they share same receptions.
