Stayed here for a night as was attending a wedding nearby. As I wasn't expecting much for the hotel, I was actually happy with what I got. I booked the Family room and it was much bigger than expected. It easily and comfortably fit 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. It also had space for a sofa set with coffee table and a walk in closet and the bathroom. Though we had some problem with the aircon. The front desk quickly sent someone to assist us and was resolved. Cleanliness was okay. Didn't see anything particular to cause any unrest. A decent stay generally.

Room size is good and it has a good view of the sunset. The double bed is actually two single bed joined together, very uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not provide new face towels after doing housekeeping and no one picks up the call despite calling few times. Breakfast items were cold. Overall service not very impressive.

Nice and comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful. Even the guard is helpful. The parking lot is not so much but still can managed. Very clean and hygene. Room has water boiler. Has to bring own coffee and tea. Its ok. Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Aircond in good condition. Toilet is very clean and high srandard. Complete with tooh brush set for each guest. Budget hotel but like a 5 star standard. This is my 2nd time stayed at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Check in was smooth and great by Mr Harris. I contacted helpdesk for assistance to safe box matter. Safe box has no power and technician came to rectify. With some help, safe box has power. However after a few attempts, the reset was activated at every new pin entry and the rod never move. Other than this mishap, the call for in-room dining makes up the good deal with first order of Caeser Salad and Soup, followed by another order for western salmon. Both were served by the same person. The window view of Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah mosque was in respect and magnitude of our stay. We gave the in-room dining 5 stars rating. We give the safe box a 3 out of 5 stars.

Mercure Glennmarie is one of my favourite hotel whenever I'm on biz travel to KL. Everything was fine. Besides, some improvements are needed as listed below.
1. For the bathroom without the partition, the water mostly may covered half of the floor. This is hazardous and slippery. I fell once when walking with slipper into the wet bathroom. Hope the management can consider putting an anti slip mat in front of the basin.
2. The crew in the breakfast area seem to be talking too loud and making joke with each others during the service. It seem to be lack of professionalism in their roles. More strict discipline enforcement are required.
Others area are perfect. Keep up with a good works.

i booked and paid for a family room (1 Queen bed + 1 single bed) but i was given a superior room (1 bed only). The reason given was all family rooms were fully booked and occupied. The staff said there is a faulty in the booking system (third party like Trip.Com). The staff said I was lucky enough since there was only one superior room available. I am surely lucky since my daughter need to go back to Johor. Just left me and my wife. Otherwise the room is not enough for us (3 of us).
overall about the hotel was good, just the booking incident is a bad experience for me. I booked and paid for a family room but was given a superior room.

RRaztaWe went with a group of 35 people with prior arrangements made through their Manager Angie who was very very helpful and accomodating. Everything was swift and ready on check in at 12 midnight. the keys were ready with the air con remote control and rooms were all ready. truly impressed. their property is very ideal and super cosy. we love the motel type of accomodation and clean rooms. will surely come back again to stay here. thank you Angie and team for an excellent stay.

EEdisonluscThis may be one of the best inn in Pulau Ketam. The owners are very friendly and explain very well about the check-in (you will need to get the key from their shop nearby 金振源). Overall, the room is clean; the beds and pillows are comfy; stable internet connection. They do provide the water dispenser in the facility. Totally recommended.
The few downsides are: 1) the sound proof during raining days are terrible (the noise is so loud - suggest for the owner to add ); 2) there is no elevator of course (so may be challenging for those with joint issue)

TThe PinkyOur trip here to Klang Selangor are to visit our relatives stayed here nearby. This hotel is built quite some time ago with good maintenance of it and still strong in hold. It has 4 floors of different variety of rooms and welcoming you with free drinks on the house that is coffeemix. Good hotel.

EEmo avocadoThe sound prof is worst. I can hear people walking by and laughing at the hallway during midnight. I can even hear the person who staying next door opening the door. I requested for one bed but They combined two bed into one bed. The room also looks a bit old. However, the hotel is quite clean so I still manage to sleep. They will provide toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo and towel. There is also a lot of parking.

We were particularly impressed with the well-maintained bathtub in our room, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel as it is conveniently located near the train station and a mall. The overall service, coupled with the excellent amenities like the bathtub, make it an outstanding choice for a comfortable stay.
